July can bring some wonderful news!!!
It's a great time to do soul-searching and Spiritual work.
July's energy infuses a beautiful warm loving vibe, lovely for getting friends and family together just the same as last month. Planning a big get-together will bring joyous experiences and make good fond memories to look back on!.... And they say, you can't plan the good times. You can do anything when your heart is open and you are consciously connected to the Universe.
I know there have been a lot of signs and messages floating around and some of you may have received some news in the past few weeks (or months) and given the current vibration if you have any questions or concerns about your signs and messages bring out your Spiritual tools (tarot, crystal ball, automatic writing, etc) and ask (or share your concerns) questions.
Time to get serious and conquer some of your dreams. July offers great potentials to re-adjust our Spiritual focus, over come lessons and make room for new growth. Take a good look at the situation and see what is getting in the way.
Avoid really closed-off individuals or very negative individuals. If someone in your social circle (friends, family or work related) has been down in recent times you could help them by doing something nice. Try involve the person towards something Spiritual and positive. It can be anything from giving them a book or doing a Card Reading together.
The bank balance is looking good once more and this will bring a smile, especially to the ardent saver. If you have to travel do it now (in this month) or even in August and after that stay put! The energy is about to thicken bringing more lessons although it's not all bad news and it might be great news! However, where packing, booking flights, arranging accommodation and so on things might get messy bringing annoyances which can be avoided if you decide to go now instead.
There may be some awful news with things going wrong in the world and generally in the news. What appears in the media is a reminder to us all. Remember it is important to take care of yourself, it is your primary goal to awaken and adjust to the Earth's current energy. Those further along the Spiritual journey of evolution are rather summoned in July to raise awareness.
At the beginning of the year I wrote about our Light Work Task and I'd like to bring that back here.... don't forget to do something nice for someone else this month. I hope you have been picking out one person for each month and done something nice for that person.
You will have an interesting month, be it, you discover what your strange signs and messages are, or decode that creepy dream you've been having. No matter what happens this month you will be surrounded by a beautiful warm energy, that, for some will bring some wonderful rewards! For most, will gently pull at your chords compelling you to enter in to your Spiritual self deeper once more.

Every one is capable of self discovery and often this results in positive contribution towards the individual and humanity, and it all begins with you. The midlife offers everyone an opportunity to become who they are. For many of us we will live a life that is masked and conditioned under the basis of our society and family upbringings and influences, and suggestions mostly from media.
Carl Jung, a famous Psychologist, taught between the ages of 35 years and 55 years, an individual would experience thoughts and feelings that would challenge ones belief of who one really was, and wanted to be. Carl Jung described it as predictable stages of life, one being midlife.
Midlife can be a progress of the following; presenting yourself as a different person (personae) based on your situation, for instance, you'd behave differently around your friends, differently with your children, differently with your wife/husband and so on. Experiencing the desire to remove the personae you wear in different situations and re-assess who you are underneath, and re-integrate who you truly are, to achieve a sense of self. Many people change careers, becoming more spiritual, discover a sense of purpose in the world, and begin doing whatever they have always wanted to do or achieve, even changing the way they dress or present themselves.
Jung suggested the ages of between 35 years and 55 years with 40 years being the turning point in one's life because most people had finished raising their children, surrendered their jobs, chased after their passions and make obvious changes to themselves and their personalities.
If you study the current vibration, you'll realise that people are experiencing midlife several years younger with 30 years becoming the new 40 years "turning point". We are simply becoming more aware, discovering our passions earlier in life, whether we are parents or not, and get on our paths regardless of outside circumstance.
The midlife phase, be that 30 years, 40 years or 55 years, any biological age, is a sure time of transition for you to re-integrate who you are. Fulfill unfulfilled longings, recognise the setbacks you have set up which have prevented you from doing so in the past. Make life changes to reflect the new, and simply get to know your true self then reshape your life based on this fresh understanding.
The midlife period presents you with the chance to rework the threads of your existence so your life has purpose beyond its current direction especially if it is mostly about mundane or practical requirements. I'd like to add, for the Astrological mind, interestingly enough, many of Jung's observations and theories around the process of individuation (the progress) occurred as he experienced the Uranus opposition phase of his own astrological midlife transits.
Most of your midlife transition takes place internally and runs a course to it's own duration by whatever is necessary, although most individuals feel so compelled to make changes, often sudden and wonderful. The results are pleasing, the individual often seems to glow under a new light, with many people finding their spiritual self during a crisis too.
For some a midlife crisis can be a worrying experience and may cause bewilderment and confusion. If this happens, the help of a caring professional may be needed. Talking about how you are feeling is important and can help your phase greatly, avoid bottling up your thoughts and feelings as this can hinder your progress or as Jung describes it, individuation. Your midlife is a beautiful part of who you are and a crisis is not necessary especially if awareness is present so enjoy the process, and what you find will be beautiful. What you find will be You.

Pilates
Pilates is a series of up to 500 exercises. Controlled movements that are performed slowly with intense concentration but with few repetitions, usually 10 or less. The goal is to strengthen and stabilize what is known in Pilates as the Powerhouse of the Anatomy. This being the core muscles of the abdomen, the lower back and buttocks, which allows the rest of the body to move freely.
It is believed that working the deepest layer of abdominal muscles builds a girdle of strength for the spine. A stronger and more stable spine results in improved posture, stance, walk and over all balance. The arms and legs are also worked in Pilates training. Pilates is taught in closely supervised sessions so instructors can carefully observe your movements for proper body alignment and precise rhythm. Pilates devotees say that they move differently all day long!
It takes time to learn the basics of Pilates, a typical session lasts 45 minutes to an hour and your workout will be tailored to your individual needs. No special clothing other than comfortable attire is required. With the guidance of your instructor, you'll start off with simple movements and gradually progress to the more advanced exercises.
In Pilates it is always the quality of your movements that is crucial. It takes most individuals about six weeks of twice-weekly sessions for the subtleties of the movements to become second nature. Once you have thoroughly learned the techniques by working on the machines, you may be able to achieve the same results working on mats, either in supervised group classes or on your own.
Pilates is beneficial for people of all ages. The training increases strength and flexibility, stimulates circulation, enhances joint range of motion and promotes proper musculo-skeletal alignment. In addition it increases body awareness and improves coordination. Not surprisingly, many M.D.s, orthopedists, chiropractors, physical therapists, massage therapists and sports medicine specialists refer their patients and clients to Pilates instructors for rehabilitation after joint injury or surgery. It has been found to be particularly valuable in preventing and treating repetitive motion injuries and tendinitis in baseball players, golfers and tennis players.
Pilates can also be effective in relieving chronic back and neck pain, and may be useful for those suffering from the pain of arthritis. In addition, it can improve abdominal-muscle strength and posture during pregnancy and after childbirth. Furthermore, because Pilates engages the mind as well as the body, it is known as a stress reliever.

June will bring a lot to think about. If there are areas in your life that need your attention, this month's energy will bring these areas to the surface and you will be able to focus on them. It's a good time to make some changes in your life especially if you are unhappy about things and have been very unhappy for some time. June's energy vibration permeates all possibilities towards making positive choices.
Given the current vibration it's a great time to make plans for the future. You can re-think much clearer this month so if there are things you are unsure of, take some time out to re-think those through. Remember, if in doubt simply chuck it out!
The work or study, or even retired environment will be a bit of a muchness in June (there will be good days as well as bad ones) with most days fairing somewhere in the middle. It's a good time to take leave. The Queen's birthday holiday long weekend will be a good chance to relax and sleep in.
Aside from the worldwide concerns about the swine flu, this month's energy vibration will actually have a positive effect on our health even if it seems it may not. You are more likely to make improvements with your health. The potentials are good for using your willpower too.
Financially there isn't a lot happening this month. You might decide to spend a lot of money or spend very little with the middle ground being that you pay for what you need and not much more than that. Maybe a birthday gift or a new pair of jeans for yourself. Living comfortably is our main focus so depending on your lifestyle will depend on how your budget flows this month.
Relationships will have a higher vibe and it's a good time to get friends and family together, even though we are experiencing the first month of our winter season here in Australia. No matter where you are in the world, it's a good time to get people together. Good news for people having a birthday in June.
It's important to have a good healthy balance around who we are. Do our actions mirror our thoughts? Do our surroundings reflect how we feel? Spend a little time with yourself and look deeply at any areas in your life that don't fit harmoniously.

Though anyone with desire and persistence can reap the money they want, it's important to ask whether getting what we want will make us happy. There are two sure ways a soul is lost in the world; one is to lose your heart's true desire and the other is to gain it back. If we look deeper, spiritually aside, happiness isn't dependent on getting what we want. Happiness brings greatness into the life and greatness does wonderful things in anyone's life.
Many people compare happiness with security, so they want money which they also compare to security. However the security money buys in an illusion, an earthly conquer. The physical world, including everything we can buy to secure our future only provides the appearance of security.
Every moment is a gift, we are not guaranteed more than what we have already had and there is no enduring safety in the physical world. Security is in our faith and it is not in what we have, rather than what we believe. Faith we can handle whatever comes our way and the Universe will help us, always. Our belief is our safety, it brings to us the safety we need. Money is an arbitrary figure in the equation. We need to believe all is well, this faith is the most meaningful and most important security and it can't be measured in dollars.
For most of us with every ounce of wealth comes a pound of worry of losing that wealth. The fear behind not having that wealth is very real for that person although it may appear that the person is humble and satisfied. Barriers around self respect and a genuine sense of importance build.
Profound individuals understand that the respect they gain isn't earned or based on anything of importance and so feels shallow and empty. Respect for yourself, which comes from within is the only way to guarantee a genuine, long lasting feeling of importance. Once you truly love yourself, you can flow through your life without setting up barriers.
Abundance is about more and an abstract "better". However, often better is newer, bigger and more expensive. What is really better? There is nothing we can buy that will give us permanent feelings of satisfaction. Think about it; has any possession you've longed for, once gotten, provided lasting joy? Happiness comes when we want what we have, not when we get what we want. Truly experiencing this moment is where happiness begins.
While money is important so is everything else, especially you. If you're not going to be happy being poorer, you're not going to be happy being rich. Finding your purpose and being that will bring more happiness than you ever thought possible. Living a life of integrity simply doing good, even when nobody is watching is being humble and satisfied.

Healthy Cooking
Healthy cooking is easy and you don't have to give up the things you like to eat. In many cases, your favourite recipes can be modified so they offer a healthier alternative. Non-stick cookware can be used to reduce the need for cooking oil. To keep valuable nutrients, microwave or steam your vegetables instead of boiling them.
Its a good idea to minimise the hidden fats by choosing lean meats and reduced fat dairy products. Processed foods can also have lots of hidden fats. Dietary fats are best when they come from the unrefined natural fats found in nuts, seeds, fish, soy, olives and avocado. Fat from these foods includes the essential long-chain fatty acids and this fat is accompanied by other good nutrients. If you add fats when cooking, keep them to a minimum and use monounsaturated oils such as olive and canola oil. A little added oil can be a good thing.
Low fat cooking begins when you are shopping. A few tips to help you; choose the low fat version of a food if it exists for instance, milk, cheese, yoghurt, salad dressings and gravy. Choose leaner meat cuts. If unsure, look for the Heart Foundation tick of approval and choose skinless chicken breasts instead of chicken with the skin on.
Here are a few suggestions on healthy cooking methods; steam, bake, grill, braise, boil or microwave your foods. Modify or eliminate recipes that include butter or ask you to deep fry or saute in animal fat. Avoid using oils and butter as lubricants. Use non-stick cookware instead. Dont add salt to food as it is cooking. Remove chicken skin, which is high in fat. Eat more fresh vegetables and eat more fish, which is high in protein, low in fats and loaded with essential omega-3 fatty acids.
If you need to use oil, try cooking sprays or apply oil with a pastry brush. Cook in liquids (such as stock, wine, lemon juice, fruit juice, vinegar or water) instead of oil. When a recipe calls for cream as a thickener, use low fat yoghurt, low fat soy milk, evaporated skim milk or cornstarch. When browning vegetables, put them in a hot pan then spray with oil, rather than adding the oil first to the pan. This reduces the amount of oil that vegetables (such as mushrooms) can absorb during cooking.
An alternative to browning vegetables by pan-frying is to cook them first in the microwave, then crisp them under the griller for a minute or two. When serving meat and fish, use pesto, salsas, chutneys and vinegars in place of sour creams, butter and creamy sauces. Water soluble vitamins are delicate and easily destroyed during preparation and cooking. Scrub vegetables rather than peel them, as many nutrients are found close to the skin. Microwave or steam vegetables instead of boiling them.
If you like to boil vegetables, use a small amount of water and do not over-boil them. Include more stir-fry recipes in your diet. Stir-fried vegetables are cooked quickly to retain their crunch (and associated nutrients).
Cutting out salt! Salt is a traditional flavour enhancer, but research suggests that a high salt diet could contribute to a range of health problems including high blood pressure. Dont automatically add salt to your food taste it first. Add a splash of olive oil or lemon juice close to the end of cooking time or to cooked vegetables it can enhance flavours in the same way as salt. Choose fresh or frozen vegetables, since canned and pickled vegetables tend to be packaged with salt.
Limit your consumption of salty processed meats such as salami, ham, corned beef, bacon, smoked salmon, frankfurters and chicken loaf. Choose reduced salt bread and breakfast cereals. Breads and cereals are a major source of salt in the diet. Iodised salt is best. A major dietary source of iodine is plant foods. Yet there is emerging evidence that Australian soil may be low in iodine and so plants grown in it are also low in iodine. If you eat fish regularly (at least once a week), the need for iodised salt is reduced.
Avoid salt-laden processed foods, such as flavoured instant pasta or noodles, canned or dehydrated soup mixes, chips and salted nuts. Margarine and butter contain a lot of salt but no added salt varieties are available. Most cheeses are very high in salt so limit your intake or choose lower salt varieties. Reduce your use of soy sauce, tomato sauce and processed sauces and condiments (for example mayonnaise and salad dressings) because they contain high levels of salt and use herbs, spices, vinegar or lemon juice to add extra zing to your recipe and reduce the need for salt.
Culinary herbs are leafy plants that add flavour and colour to all types of meals. They are also rich in health-protective phyto-oestrogens (plant compounds that have some similar effects to the female hormone, oestrogen). In many cases, herbs can replace the flavour of salt and oil.

April's energy dragged and dragged till that final hour, lurking in the dark hoping to get one last opportunity and what an awful energy. At about half way through April I was praying the roof didn't come in. However, it feels light and airy again with May bringing a lighter fresher energy about!
Situations may get a little bit tricky this month. May is lighter but has a magnetic leaning toward emotional energies so if you are planning something special this month cleanse your space before and after the celebrations, to prevent emotional energies piling up and colliding with each other.
Older houses might suffer a beating given this particular energy especially where climates are cold. Tempers may flare-up as situations arise and angry emotional energy becomes embedded into walls, ceilings, doors and floors, practically everywhere in the dwellings. This wont make nice spring-time energy. If you feel the need to express emotions use prayer, meditation, scented oils around the home to help ease and relax you beforehand.
During May and June we'll be working on what issue/s April's energy brought to the surface. It's a good idea to keep your journal handy so you can jot down your thoughts and feelings as you are healing and working on them. Spend some quiet time with your higher-self, divine guidance, spirit and Angels. It will help bring solutions and ease to your troubles. It's a good time to dust-off those meditation and relaxation discs and listen to them.
Money may have left your pockets last month but this month you can pick up where you left off in March and continue to save. Don't worry plenty more money will come into your life. Trust that it will and it will. We have not yet entered a money energy this year but I'm sure we will, it may not happen until later on in the year. There are very good money signs, especially opportunity for money around October.
The potentials for good health are increased in May, much higher than any of the previous months in this year so why not have a look into it and be willing to try out new things. Visit your local health food store, or browse the natural aid shelves in the chemist (drug-store) and the health food isle in your local supermarket. You never know what you will find.
Finally, don't forget to be yourself. There is nothing more beautiful or more deserving that who you really are. Yes, if you have been getting the feeling or messages (or signs) telling you to be yourself then it is time for you. Common ways the Universe sends you messages is through the intuition (or self knowing) an innate understanding of who you are and what you want to do, making you want to change the direction you have been going and try a new path.
Finding and having peace is very important in this month. Pop some candles around the place, ready to light when you need them the most. Don't forget to leave the lighter in a safe handy place. Get those relaxation discs out and put one in your music player and another in your car too. Dust the altar off and prepare your oil burner and essential oils. Make your space peaceful and sacred.

Magnet therapy involves the use of a magnetic device placed on or near the body to relieve pain and facilitate healing. The magnetic products on the market today come in many forms. They can be taped to the skin, worn as jewelry or in your shoes, or slept on as pillows and mattresses. Take care this April
There is a vigil and restless energy stirring. Situations around domination and self-importance may arise. Unlike most forceful energies of the masculine family which can be compassionate, this one is not. It permeates a desire to control that which is different to itself, and change that, to suit itself. Of all masculine energies this one believes itself to be most important. To try understand this energy in more laymen terms, simply put it will stomp all over you if you're not aware of it.
It is not my favourite type of energy and I was hoping we wouldn't have this one. If you can control your own temper you will be fine however, there are other problems with this energy. One of many, it acts as a trigger, activating all that which is suppressed. If there are issues which are not resolved or little annoyances in your life, this energy will promote them all on display as though it was an Art show.
On the other-hand it is Easter and April is an important time for Christians, as it is the month which they believe Jesus resurrected from his death two days after his crucifixion, and celebrate this resurrection on Easter Sunday, two days after Good Friday.
Given the virile energy of April we need to take into consideration any social commitments we have this month. Be careful when around those who have been stressed lately and if you don't get along with a certain individual it's best to avoid that person's company. April is not a good month to work-out our differences even if your true feeling surface, sit with them.
We may hear some bad news which will cause discomfort. Keep in mind, everything happens for a reason. What may seem to be a horrible set of circumstances may be just the beginning of something wonderful. Most things in life take their time and once they reach their destination they serve their purpose. All things matter.
Financially things remain steady even though you might have made some large purchases, it's nice to know that the bank account is not in debit. If you are financially struggling seek out a professional who can help you budget better. If you need more money use affirmations. Include daily affirmations which will encourage you to always have money around.
Troubles with health will continue (if they weren't dealt with last month) and it seems harsh, I know, but this year brings the same problems (or situations) we had ten or twelve years ago. It's almost as though we are re-living our past. For instance, ten years ago (or up to twelve years) you may have had an experience which found you in hospital. Now, you can avoid that. It's in this year you can make those changes. Circumstances will mimic those ten years ago so make the most out of this year and make important changes.
Situations at work, with friends, family or at home may cause bouts of stress, especially if your home environment doesn't love you back. You might like to find refuge with those that you don't live with. This month doesn't bring the most loving of all energies so it's likely there will be challenges, it's important to know you can confide in loved ones you trust.
In being aware of the present energy you can protect yourself and those that you love. You can be a light for others. Your love can make a difference and although we cannot change the energy of April, our every waking day throughout this month can be kind and loving. There are many ways that you can invite greater light into your daily life, by consciously creating a sacred atmosphere in your home, by releasing yourself from objects, energies and emotions which do not nourish and support you and by choosing to align yourself on a daily basis.
To consciously raise your vibration as you enter into a new phase of spiritual life, firstly, go through your home and look at everything anew and make a conscious decision to let go of objects, clothing, clutter and other items that do not reflect the new vibration of light that you wish to invite into your life. Clean everything well, open the windows and let in the fresh air. Notice how things feel, and let go of objects that do not feel good to you. As you do this, affirm this as a sacred action that reflects your inner choices as well. See and feel old emotions, energies and pain that you have carried releasing into the fresh air of a new day. This will purify your living space and instill it with your new intentions.
Create a place in your home that will become an altar and a sanctuary of light. Choose a place in your home that will not be used for anything else. Start with a small table, a candle and a few carefully chosen sacred items, along with flowers or other sacred objects. Arrange this in a way that feels good to you. Your altar will take on a vibration of light that will provide you spiritual support, light and peace. You will be able to go to your altar during times of difficulty, and the light there will offer comfort and peace. This can be a good place to begin to communicate with your Spirit guides and Angels. You can pray, ask questions, share concerns and so on.
One of the most important and helpful practices to open the communication between your self and your spiritual being is through practice and alignment. Each day, spend a few minutes in front of your altar at the same time if possible, breathing and aligning all parts of your being with your spiritual self and God. The more you do this, the stronger your connection will be. You will be able to clear away the obstacles.
These simple steps will begin to open the pathway to greater light in your life. As the light grows within you, new doors will open, and new possibilities for transformation and healing will come. As the light continues to expand upon earth, more and more people will discover the new opportunities for living a sacred life within the infinite realm of possibilities.

Iridology is the study of the coloured part of the eye called the iris, to determine potential health problems. Iridologists believe that changing patterns and markings in the iris can be used to reveal emerging conditions in different parts of the body and to identify inherited weaknesses that may lead to physical and emotional disorders in the individual.
Iridology cannot detect a specific disease. Rather, it prevents, to help people to understand their basic health issues so they can seek treatment, if necessary, from the appropriate specialist. According to iridologists, if a health problem is detected at an early stage something can then be done to prevent it from becoming a problematic disease, sometimes fatal.
Iridology believes the eyes are a mirror to the body. The Greek physician Hippocrates was known to examine patients eyes for signs of illness. It wasn't until 1670, the first actual medical reference to iridology as a diagnostic tool appeared in German physician Phillipus Meyen's book Chiromatica Medica.
The basis of iridology is a holistic concept well accepted in other fields of alternative medicine, namely that when examined correctly, each part of the body contains information about other parts of the body. In chiropractic medicine, misalignments in the spine are used to diagnose and treat diseases of the internal organs. In Chinese medicine, examinations of the pulse and tongue are regularly included in the diagnostic process. Iridolgists believe that as a degenerative disease slowly develops, the iris will reflect these changes.
Because iridology is not a treatment therapy but rather a way of detecting underlying signs of developing disease, iridologists will let you know about your overall health as well as any trends you may be experiencing toward illness. In this way, their goals are similar to those of all preventive medicine; to recognise health problems at their earliest stages and to suggest ways to keep disease from developing.
The iridologist will examine the irises of your eyes using either a slitlamp or a penlight and magnifying glass. Many iridologists will also obtain photographs of your iris with a specially designed camera, then considerably enlarge the photos so that the iris appears about the size of a dinner plate. While examining your irises the iridologist will look for subtle signs of developing illness, such as symptoms of stress or a build-up of toxins. Depending on the practitioner's training, he or she may be able to determine problems in corresponding internal organs.
The examination and consultation takes about an hour. Unless your iridologist is a licensed Health Care Practitioner, you will not be diagnosed with any specific disease. You will, however, be told about any risk factors and given preventive health care measures to follow.
Iridology is safe, noninvasive and painless. If the iridologist uncovers anything of concern, ensure you discuss these findings with your Health Care Practitioner.
