	&lt;h3&gt; Energy Reading for July&lt;/h3&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Settle in for a nice month of July. The energy in the coming weeks will ground life and you'll benefit from things going well at last! It's a good month to finalise debts. It's a good month to put together a good savings plan and don't be afraid to look at ways you can cut back even more, there are savings to be made with all purchases. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;If you are planning a holiday or a get away now is a good time to organise things. July is a good month to sit down and work though everything and anything! Put all the plans ahead into wheels of motion. September a weekend get away, October new exercise plan, November might change jobs, etc... &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;July might find you making changes to the way you look at your health issues. You may decide to do things you haven't been able to until now, because you change the way you are looking at these issues. Don't hesitate to move forward with your health concerns. You are on the right path.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Money matters are the best they have been for a long time. It's a great time to open up new bank accounts, or long-term savings accounts. Be willing to extend yourself that extra mile. Don't be afraid to think down the track, be brave and step out of your comfort zone and think ahead.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;If routine is something you enjoy, you are going to love July because the energy is perfect routine-like. Life will flow smoothly and you will feel a new kind of support you haven't been able to feel for quite some time. This will bring much happiness and motivate you! &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Relationship twists and turns but they are all lovely and enjoyable. If you are unhappy July will bring you something to smile about and for the most part, you will have to make that inevitable decision. If you are planning a birthday or a night out in July, go all the way! Buy a new out-fit or develop a new look. July is full of wonderful surprises and energy. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Life is about to shift into a new, wonderful, long-awaited and in some cases appreciative balance and grounding. Love life in July! Have fun, fatten your savings, get a night out and browse your favourite book store or new age store. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;h3&gt;Timing Is Everything&lt;/h3&gt;

&lt;p&gt;One of the things that I know for sure is the importance of timing. Although it is said, &quot;Nothing comes to those who wait,&quot; closer to the truth, &quot;Nothing comes to those who hesitate&quot; and timing is everything. As they often say, &quot;There is a time for everything.&quot; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Have you ever tried so hard to make something happen only to find time and time again, it's just not working out. Have you ever wanted something so bad, you considered doing the hair-raising thing in order to accomplish that or worse, simply whatever it takes, only to find that too didn't quite work out the way you were hoping. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;All this can be very disheartening but you can avoid that by being able to have a little faith. Yes, have a little faith about your situation. If it is meant to be, it will be. If it is meant to happen, it will. If you have your heart set on something and you have taken necessary action toward that happening then, simply rest with patience and wisdom. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;It's all really simple! Step 1. . plant the seed, ensure you know how to plant it and do it right. Step 2. . water and nurture it, ensure you know how much water and how often, remember to keep it in your mind so that you don't forget all about it and, Step 3. . have a little faith, trust it will flower! Be patient. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;This works with almost anything else. Sometimes it can happen sooner than later and other times later than sooner, either way if it is meant to happen it will. If it doesn't happen after numerous attempts of planting and watering, perhaps it's just not meant for you. You will know however, there is no use in becoming impatient as often more than not you will discover you have missed an important part of the process. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Of course there are other issues worthwhile considering for instance, a baby doesn't walk before it learns how to crawl first. Are you ready to take your next steps? Consider doing a little soul searching. Also consider the possibility you may be going the wrong way! This is a tricky one because we condition ourselves to trust in what we know. It brings us comfort. Be willing to be surprised, trust in the process of your life. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;If you have been trying to grow your money through certain types of investment consider other ways. Continue to save whilst you explore other options. If you have been hoping to change jobs and keep stumbling over rejected applications, STOP! You are going the wrong way. There is something new and exciting on the horizon for you. Time for a change! &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;If nothing works be patient with yourself, it may make all the difference and remember no matter what happens, timing is everything! &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Stress Free&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;It's well known stress can cause disease and illness in the body in particular, heart problems, yet avoiding stress is almost an every day challenge. Home, more sadly, which is the place of rest and renewal can sometimes be that of the opposite. Within the work environment, situations can easily erupt and fuel stress. So what is stress? Psychologically it is well known to be a tension; a state of mental or emotional strain or suspense. In other words, a difficulty that causes worry or emotional concern. We may also develop anxiety or depression after prolonged stressful events. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;There are a variety of activities you can try to reduce stress levels, for instance, meditation, baths, taking long walks, which help to bring you back to a calm and peaceful state. However, often more than not our annoyances return bringing forth stresses once more. Becoming stress free is a process of understanding and compassion instead of reaction and personal affront. We tend to want to defend us when we face circumstances which test our limits but, imagine if we had no limits then there would be nothing to test! &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Pent up anger and frustration can also cause us to vent. Keeping anger inside is not beneficial or healthy so it is important to openly discuss your feelings. Part of being stress free, is also being able to forgive. Not only others but, yourself first and foremost, above all. Our life is made up of many experiences and hurdles and, if stressful situations face you regularly perhaps your soul is wanting to learn, to find a way, to release certain circumstances in your life. Sometimes we need to let go in order to move on and sometimes we need to allow change to be able to move on. Either way, we can begin our journey to stress free days right now! &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The most effective tool or technique we can use is, us. Making the choice to take people and life as it is, day by day. To observe rather than to react. We need to fill our being with enough love so that we can offer that to the rest of the world. There are many of us who are confused, hurting and angry inside. It will do us no benefit to make their personal issues our own. Each of us is different and, each with their own life experiences and lessons to learn. We need to put the energy and focus we have on what is ours to journey. It's important to free the mind of any negative hold whether that is a strong dislike, a strong belief, or a strong emotion and so on. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Firstly, surrounding yourself with positive energy in your life. You can try adding uplifting music. Listening to music that not only has a soothing melody, but an uplifting message, can be great for developing positive feelings, thoughts and beliefs. Try reading inspirational books especially books on strength, personal power, enlightenment, or self help can be very good resources to help you change your outlook and the things you say to yourself. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;One of the most important ways you can have and maintain positive energy in your life is with the company you keep. Do the people in your circles (family, friends, colleagues) uplift you, or bring you down? Are they critical, or complementary? Healthy friendships provide support, wisdom, mutual understanding and positive regard. Good friends can inspire you to reach greater heights, and also see your strengths. Pay attention to how the people in your circles make you feel, and if they’re less than supportive, start putting your energy and time toward those who are. It is very important that we are aware of ourselves and we are capable of distinguishing what is our challenge and what is that of another because it is very easy to become confused. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;In addition practice loving and positive affirmations. Loving and positive affirmations support and change your negative thoughts and feelings in to positive ones. &lt;p&gt;A passenger in a taxi leaned over to ask the driver a question and tapped him on the shoulder.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The driver screamed, lost control of the cab, nearly hit a bus, drove up over the curb, and stopped just inches from a large plate glass window.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;For a few moments everything was silent in the cab, and then the still-shaking driver said, &quot;I'm very sorry but you scared the living daylights out of me.&quot;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;h3&gt; Energy Reading for June&lt;/h3&gt;

&lt;p&gt;It's all going to come together in the future and you will be able to get all the things you've been hoping to get done in a long time. It's important to continue to cultivate even when temptation comes. June is a good month to break through old, old shackles and chains, in particular the ones which have been going on for over a decade.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;There may be times throughout this month you may need to spend alone thinking and reflecting. Remember even in moments of loneliness there is still a lot to be gained and when we think deeply on this we know that we are not really alone.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;June is a favourable month to iron out little things to establish solid balance. Balance is one of those things which requires complete understanding to achieve and June offers various opportunities to achieve this. You can see where you have been tipping the scales.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Financially things look good and are set to get better. There will be a wonderful opportunity to get away in the months to come, you wont want to miss that. Time away will do you a world of good. This year is busier than the last few years and it's time to plan a little holiday get away! &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Health issues need attention and resolution. June's energy will definitely brings these things to the surface. If you don't tend to those now you will be in July, but you need to deal with them now before any more time passes. You have the knowledge to succeed, the rest is up to you. If willpower is the barrier standing in the way, try using affirmation work and talk yourself into using willpower.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Relationships are likely to sit on the fence. If you are unhappy you will find a comfort in being unhappy. This is not favourable toward growth however, July, August and September's energy brings forward new opportunities to help change this. I will talk you through it. If your relationship is nurturing individual growth you are happy, June will provide new opportunity to deepen connections and strengthen bonds.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;It's definitely time to be brave, step out and change the way you look at things. It's time to be different, to find the solutions you've been looking for. To reap the gold from all the nonesense, to achieve and be successful in everything you do. &lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;h3&gt;For Your Home&lt;/h3&gt;

&lt;p&gt;There's a lot about colours, textures, themes, etc within the home but what happens if you don't have time to learn or you're simply uninterested yet you want to have a nice home? Design is not for everyone. Some of us know exactly how we want things to appear in our home but this doesn't mean we all do. However we can all agree, we want it to look nice.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;If you've been trying hard and nothing works and you've had enough, you are about to chuck a red sofa on to a zebra rug then you've found the article for you! In this article I'll explore different, simple ideas for decorating your home.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Let's take a look at nature. Nature doesn't mind how it appears. It's just nature. It seems happy doing it's own thing and yet it doesn't mind we build houses upon it and paint those even purple! We can all take a leaf out of nature's book and just be. It's ok to be natural.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Your home doesn't have to look like a page out of a shop magazine, after all it's not a display, it's a home where people live. It's a space which is used by all the different people in your home. A warm home reflects it's occupant's preferences. Ever walked into a house and it looked like a page out of a magazine? It feels unnatural, almost as though the people living there propped it up in five minutes.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;We are more relaxed and happy when decorating our home using items which have meaning so, don't use furniture or items around the home which don't reflect your desires. Large furniture can make a room look smaller than it really is, especially if the room is already small. Smaller bookcases in lighter wooden stains are favourable. If you like to have more room for places to put pictures frames and ornaments then using the top of a bookcase is a great start.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Most of us develop problems when we remove the things which are most important to us and fill our home with the latest trends. It's fine to introduce fashions, etc but don't forget what is important, so letting go of ideas about colour themes and styles can help keep the focus on blending in new fashions or trends in the home.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Your items can harmonize no mater what they may be. If they have meaning to you, they will fit right in. Different picture frames throughout the home add character and personality! A small table covered with a frilly cover or any cover of your choice, with a candle, can bring warmth in the home. Perhaps placing a small bowl of fruit on top.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Don't be afraid to reinvent yourself and your home will soon follow. Paint your own pictures and hang them. Children make funny and bright paintings for around the home. I once walked into a home where the lady who lived there loved comics and framed comics! Get rid of things which have little meaning or none at all. Keep things that do. Try to have something from everyone who lives in the house.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Avoid letting someone else dictate to you what your home should look like and let's face it, one size doesn't suit all. I love green, pink, brown, honey coloured wood and ivory, so you can imagine what my home looks like. Enjoy creating your living space. It's you, it's warm, it's funny, it's welcoming ... it's beautiful.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The immune system, which is made up of special cells, proteins, tissues, and organs, defends the body against germs and microorganisms every day. In most cases, the immune system does a great job of keeping the body healthy and preventing infections. But sometimes problems with the immune system can lead to illness and infection. Some problems require medical attention, for example; types of arthritis and diabetes, but the rest can be controlled by keeping healthy.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;It's important to keep healthy by eating the right amount of energy for the physical exercise we exert in a day, also by drinking enough water, taking additional vitamins (if necessary) and getting enough rest, limiting our stress, and toxin levels to a minimum. It's important we eat what our body needs regularly and enjoy a chocolate bar every now and again to keep our immune system working efficiently.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;If your lifestyle does not support good health, and you find that you are too tired at the end of the day to prepare a healthiful meal, or that you simply don't have any time to take a brisk walk, you can speak with your Health Care Practitioner about advice on what you can do. Most of the time by adding a vitamin supplement around the winter season can be beneficial in avoiding the flu and all it's nasty symptoms, however a long term plan of such is not recommended.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;It's important to support the system which supports you, and you can do this by making necessary lifestyle changes. Often cutting back on long hectic hours can make a significant improvement. Ensuring you have enough time to take good care of yourself so that you can function to your best is important. If your immune system is not strong enough to combat a cold or flu, you can end up bed ridden within a few days.&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;h3&gt; Energy Reading for May&lt;/h3&gt;

&lt;p&gt;A month of opportunities!&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;May is one of my favourite times of the year. Mothers Day in Australia, May 9. New love is blossoming all around and old love deepens and friendships grow. This could happen because you have made room for the chance in your life by letting go of unhealthy relationships. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;You may have the chance to make that last minute decision that will effect the future in a positive way. This is a good opportunity to exercise some of the things you've been working on and use those now to get what you want. Remember your priorities and be willing to discuss your dreams.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;It may feel as though wisdom descends upon your shoulders and in some way it does. After a while you realise that you have the answers for yourself and no one else does. You can make decisions without worrying what other people will think and you will be able to see things clearly. Some things can wait while others cannot, however, you can do magic so wave your wand!&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;There are good opportunities for career change and growth in this area of your life. If you want to get out of the job you are in, now is the time. More opportunities will come for growth in your career and if you're not switching careers that's ok too because for you there will be great things to be had where you are at the moment.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;It's the month of chance and opportunity. It's also the month to cultivate. Get cultivating! What is it that you've been wanting to get done for a long, long time, you can really set the wheels in motion now. You'll see the signs coming and coming, and help is there if you need it, but whatever happens, cultivate, cultivate!&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;By the end of the month you may even be that little bit wiser. You may also be that little bit more compassionate for yourself and others. Pair up with those who share similar interests and dreams with you, and those who want to support you and who love you. Avoid every one else. It's not a rule, simply a guide and a really important one to help you get through this month and help you realise your dreams and make them come true.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;You will finally make improvements to your health and maybe you've done this without being conscious daily, except, at some time in the past few months you decided to start taking better care of yourself and taking responsibility for your own health, suddenly, it's all working much better. &lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;h3&gt;Letting Go&lt;/h3&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Letting go is one direct path toward freedom. It is by letting go of the pain, the past, the stories we tell ourselves, that we can find peace in our mind, and open our heart. We don't need to fear, or hesitate letting go. We can trust our strength to take on challenges, and the vulnerability of our heart to meet life as it is. We can rest peacefully where we are. As we let go, the tender basis of honesty, love and healing will kindly carry us through the ever-changing world.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Letting go doesn't mean losing the awareness and the understanding we have gained from the past. It remains with us. To let go is to release the visions and emotions, the grudges, the clingings and the disappointments of the past that hinder our spirit. Like allowing water to gently seep through fingers of cupped hands, letting go leaves us free to receive again.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Letting go is not the same as turning yourself away, or struggling to get rid of something. We cannot genuinely let go of what we ourselves defy. What we defy or elude secretly follows us even as we are pushing it away. To let it go, we need to accept just how it is. We need to feel it entirely and accept that it is so. It is simply as it is, and letting go begins with, letting be. When we learn to let things be, they gradually lose their control, and they cease to impede us.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;As we allow what is honest and true, a new space comes into the body and the mind, we breathe, and soften, and come to rest. In accepting it, we become free. Then we can ask, &quot;Do I have to continue to replay this story? Do I have to hold on to these losses, these feelings? Is it time to let this go?&quot; The heart will know.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;There is a healthful, natural cycle toward letting go. We will feel it, as a gentle nudge that knows it is time to move on, to release the past and tenderly return to the present. When we let go we return to an honest and simple openness within. Let yourself rest comfortably and quietly right now. Relax. Let yourself be settled in the basis of the present right now. Bring into awareness the story, the situation, the feelings, the reactions that it is time to let go of. Name them gently (mistrust, hopelessness, anxiety, etc) and allow them the space to be, to float without resistance, in the control of a heart of compassion.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Ask yourself if it is indeed wise to release this past. Feel the benefit, the ease that will come from this letting go. Soften the body and the heart and let any feelings that arise be released from you. Sense how the feelings can be released like water seeping through fingers of cupped hands. Feel the space that comes as you let go, how the heart softens and the body opens freely. Say to yourself, Let go, Let go, gently over and over.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Now direct the mind to see the future where this situation has been released. Sense the freedom, the innocence, the ease that this letting go can bring. Say to yourself, Let go, several more times. Rest quietly and notice if the feelings return. Each time they return, breathe softly as if to have reverence or submission to them, and say kindly, I've let you go.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The visions and feelings may come back many times, yet as you continue to let go, they will eventually fade. Gradually the mind will come to trust the space of letting go. Gradually the heart will be comfortable and you will be free. Do not feel apprehensive to let go, there is more beauty, love and warmth there for you to enjoy. You can be peaceful, you can be happy.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Happy Mothers Day means more&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Than have a happy day.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;We never get to say.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;It means I love you first of all,&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Rejuvenating Bath&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Lift your spirits with vervain, rose, sandalwood and sunflower oils. Vervain is one of the most sacred herbs. It is used to cleanse altars, and for divination purposes. If you have been under a lot of stress, vervain is a wonderful herb to rejuvenate and relax your mind and body, and raise your spirits! Rose oil is one of the most sensual of oils. It works in different ways with the mind, body and spirit. It can enliven love and romance, enhance inner vision and meditation, assist with encouraging contentment, opening the heart and balancing the body's chakras.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Sandalwood, can be found in forms of oil, (burning, massage bath) incence, soap and other cosmetics, as well. It is well known for it's woody scent, and healing properties bringing a ray of calm, harmony and protection. Sunflower oil, is high in linoleic acid, Vitamins A, B complex, D, and E, as well as calcium, zinc, potassium, iron, and phosphorus. It is used externally, for bruises, dermatitis, and ulcers.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;To prepare your beautiful bath experience, you will need to gather vervain leaves, rose, sandalwood, and sunflower oils. You may like to use music, candles or burning oils as well. Put your vervain leaves in boiling water and leave to infuse for at least 10 minutes. Meanwhile, run a warm bath and, dilute 2 drops of rose oil and 5 drops of sandalwood oil into 1 oz (25ml) of sunflower oil.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Then, gently strain the vervain leaves, and add it to your bath water. Soak for as long as you need. You will feel relaxed and rejuvenated. In addition, you could imbue your bath water, blessing the space and time you are about to enjoy. You can use your intention quietly, or speak out loud softly. You may like to use the oil blend for massaging as well.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Bathing is a wonderful form of relaxation. It helps to relax the mind and the body, so you can enhance vitality, concentration and balance creating more harmony overall. Making the time to relax and retreat can bring a healthier balance to your busy lifestyle. The great majority of us work hard, long hours in our careers/jobs, home life and relationships giving ourselves very little time at all, if any to rest.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;By making that 'special time' to retreat even as simply as taking a long bath, allowing ourselves to drift away and wonder through all the wonders of ourselves relaxes our minds and we may find we feel more peaceful during our busy everyday lifestyles. There are many ways we can prepare our time and space to retreat at home. We can take long baths, massages, meditate or read, even writing can be relaxing. The aim is to take our minds away from our hectic day, to look forward to our retreat and explore ourselves.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The vervain herb, the rose, sandalwood and sunflower oils are safe to use however, there have been cases of people with allergies to them, having severe rash over the skin. If you have known allergic reactions to any of these, please do not use them. You can simply remove the one which you cannot use, or replace them with your own choice of herbs or oils.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;As a safety precaution, dab a small amount on your inner arm with a cotton swab before using the oil or a product that contains it. If you are allergic, your arm will quickly become red or inflamed. Please check with your Health Care Practitioner.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;A poor fisherman became shipwrecked on a deserted island. He had lost his boat, his livelihood and possessions. He was trudging round the island in a dejected mood when he came across an old brass lamp washed up on the beach. Remembering the tale of Aladdin and the magic lamp he rubbed it........... POOF!&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;A Genie appeared. &quot;Am I glad to be outta there. Three hundred years I've been in that thing, my life and soul! What can I do for you my boy?&quot;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The fisherman asked if the Genie granted wishes. &quot;Wishes, of course I do. I'll grant you two wishes, used to be three but I have to think about my margins&quot;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&quot;Well,&quot; said the fisherman after some consideration &quot;Can you build me a highway over the ocean?&quot;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The Genie shook his head. &quot;No, boy that's impossible.&quot; He said.&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;h3&gt; Energy Reading for April&lt;/h3&gt;

&lt;p&gt;By now you may have seen that things don't change so easily all the time. For instance some people thrive no matter what they do and others don't. This is not to say this is either good or bad, simply different. You can always make things better with love no matter where you are or who you're with. With this in mind you can see how some things in life don't need anything more than acceptance. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;April more or less will be a slow and steady month. Any important decision making is probably better left for next month, you can still make important decisions however in some matters conviction may be lacking this month because of the current energy. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Avoid doing too much and let some things pass you by with ease. At first these things may seem to be too difficult to let go but by the end of each day, you'll be very happy you do. Do all the necessary things first then everything else. After the third week, the energy will begin to pick up and you can begin to get more done. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Most importantly, relax! I make this suggestion almost each month regardless of the energies simply because it's very important to be able to be peaceful. There are many benefits of being peaceful including improves health, can heal and bring about needed changes, deepens us and we live longer. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Be willing to consider options when dealing with your health. Your body is strong but also sensitive. Prescription medication and the inability to properly disgnose what is wrong is potentially dangerous and causes further complications so look around, visit your local Healthfood store and speak to some of the people who work there. &lt;/p&gt; 

&lt;p&gt;Romance is definitely on the horizon especially for those of us who have just entered into new relationships. While I am supportive towards making relationships work, if you have been feeling about breaking free then now is a favourable time for that. The energy is warm and loving. There is no use in staying in unhealthy relationships. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Love is strong this month in fact it's a shame it's not Valentine's! Easter is still just as sweet. Spend time with loved ones and enjoy the joy the Easter holidays brings. Avoid getting involved in messy emotional wars with others, remember always love and move on.&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;h3&gt;You can only hurt me if I let you&lt;/h3&gt;

&lt;p&gt;When we soften ourselves and follow our heart it doesn't mean we become more prone to being hurt easily. Our heart also does not become a safe place to hide as it may seem it is. When we soften ourselves we become more aware and are less likely to deceive ourselves even, if at first it may appear this is not true. It takes courage and faith to trust our feelings and this is where the challenge lays. With you.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;As we move closer toward a time and space where there will be more peace and love, those challenges will come hard and fast. Let them be your Teacher, let them show you the way, to guide you and bring you into a space of deep wisdom. When we fall it doesn't mean we cannot lift again and we cannot wait for some one else to do it. We need to be able to lift ourselves. Reap the wisdom from all your experiences, gently bring yourself to where you want to be.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Solid ideas about another person having the power to hurt you is simply a cycle and it can be broken. You can free yourself. It is only possible if you allow them to do so and they will. That's not hard. We all know how it feels to be hurt. When you think of the last time where you felt hurt because of something some one else said, ask yourself, &quot;Did I take it personally?&quot; &quot;Why would I do that?&quot; &quot;Is it possible that they don't understand?&quot; &quot;How would it be different, if they knew?&quot;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Cycles alike this are just a challenge for you! There is nothing dangerous about looking at vulnerable situations right in the eye. It can raise your awareness and open up the person whom you are deep within without the desire to attack and defend yourself. Look danger in the eyes and allow your compassion to decide how you will feel and if you cannot improve the situation, if you cannot build upon it in a loving or positive way then let your wisdom clearly show you the next steps to take. It will.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The key to quietly being able to move yourself away from being hurt, is simply in the understanding, which is deep within you and it tells you that you 'can.' You don't owe a broken-heart or a wounded heart to any one. Allow it to guide you through and keep your faith. As you journey through your path remember you need to build, always build. When you are faced with situations that cause a stir, take stock. You are simply learning, growing and building. It is not a sign of all breaking-loose, you are not losing. Losing can only happen when we choose to give-up.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;In keeping aware of who you are and how you feel, you will show yourself that you are changing, you have grown and you are building, building something beautiful. Keep it simple. Listen to and follow your heart, always. Be good to yourself because no one else has the power to do that. Stay tuned-in to yourself and your surroundings. Pay close attention and listen to yourself, notice your signs and messages. Avoid pointing the blame to others, become aware and just be!&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;h3&gt; Dyeing Easter Eggs from kidspot.com.au&lt;/h3&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Dyeing eggs naturally is as much a science experiment for the kids as an art and craft activity. By experimenting with different foods, you can create a rainbow of colours with which to dye your Easter eggs. Hardboil your eggs first, and the kids can draw on the eggs with crayons before you dye them. The patterns will appear once they are coloured.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;If you want to keep your dyed eggs for a long time, you will need to blow out the egg. This can be tricky, so perhaps it's easier to simply make a basket full of colourful, hard-boiled eggs that will last as long as chocolate stash from the Easter bunny.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Tools and materials for crepe paper dyed eggs, different color crepe paper, hot water, small bowls or cups, slotted spoon, cooking oil and a soft cloth. Soak crepe paper in hot water in individual bowls or cups for each color. Add eggs and allow to sit in water until he desired color is achieved. Remove with slotted spoon and allow to dry. Polish with small amount of cooking oil and soft cloth.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Tools and materials for naturally dyed eggs. Natural dyeing agents (red cabbage, turmeric, onion skins, beetroot and coffee) 3 litre pot (or larger) White vinegar, strainer, small bowls, eggs, large metal spoon, paper towels and a drying rack. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Natural dye recipes. Select a dyeing agent, and place it in the pot using the amount listed below. Add 1 litre water and 2 tablespoons white vinegar to pot; if more water is necessary to cover ingredients, proportionally increase the amount of vinegar. Bring to a boil, then lower heat. Allow the ingredients to simmer for 30 minutes. Strain dye into a bowl. Red-cabbage dye: 4 cups chopped cabbage. Turmeric dye: 3 tablespoons turmeric. Onion-skin dye: 4 cups onion skins (skins of about 12 onions) Beet dye: 4 cups chopped beets. Coffee dye: 1 quart strong black coffee (instead of water)&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Cold-dipping method. With this method, the eggs and the ingredients for the dye are boiled separately. Using a metal spoon, lower cooled hard-boiled eggs into a bowl of cooled dye, and let them soak for as little as 5 seconds or as long as overnight, depending on the depth of color you desire. Remove eggs with spoon, pat dry with paper towels, and let dry on a wire rack. The cold-dipping method produces subtle, translucent shades, but can result in uneven coloring unless the eggs are rotated vigilantly while in the dye. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Boiled method. This method involves boiling the eggs with the dye; the heat allows the dye to saturate the shells, resulting in intense, more uniform color. Set raw eggs in a pot of strained dye; bring to a boil for the amount of time specified in the color glossary, below. Remove and dry eggs as with the cold-dipping method.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Natural dye colour: Deep gold: Boil eggs in turmeric solution, 30 minutes. Sienna: Boil eggs in onion-skin solution, 30 minutes. Dark, rich brown: Boil eggs in black coffee, 30 minutes. Pale yellow: Soak eggs in room-temperature turmeric solution, 30 minutes. Orange: Soak eggs in room-temperature onion-skin solution, 30 minutes. Light brown: Soak eggs in room-temperature black coffee, 30 minutes. Light pink: Soak eggs in room-temperature beet solution, 30 minutes. Light blue: Soak eggs in room-temperature cabbage solution, 30 minutes. Royal blue: Soak eggs in room-temperature cabbage solution overnight. Lavender: Soak eggs in room-temperature beet solution, 30 minutes. Follow with room-temperature cabbage solution, 30 seconds.&lt;/p&gt;

People in many parts of the world have been using various forms of meditation for millenia. The ancient yogis (yoga practitioners) described the practice as a powerful tonic that increases energy, rejuvenates cells and holds back the ravages of time. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Science is now confirming that meditation is a powerful healer. Researchers have found that it can help reduce symptoms of high blood pressure, angina, allergies, diabetes, chronic headaches and bronchial asthma; it can also help reduce dependence on alcohol and cigarettes. Those who meditate see their doctors less and spend 70% fewer days in hospital! Anxiety and depression decrease, while memory improves. Meditation can give us more stamina, a happier disposition and even better relationships. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Meditation is a very simple technique to practice. Find a quiet, warm place where you will not be disturbed. It is usually best to meditate sitting down, adopting whatever position you find most comfortable. You may want to sit cross-legged, either directly on the floor or on a firm cushion, which would be about 10 to 15 centimeters thick. Or you may prefer to sit in a supportive, straight-backed chair, with your hands resting gently on your knees and your feet flat on the floor. It is not usually a good idea to meditate lying down because you may fall asleep. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;There are many different ways of meditating. Basic meditation focuses on quietening the mind and breathing however, counting meditation, candle meditation or visualization/imagery are also popular. If a certain meditation doesn't suit you, consider the variations. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Meditation occasionally produces negative effects. For example, the act of stilling the mind can sometimes bring up old, repressed memories. 	&lt;h3&gt; Energy Reading for March&lt;/h3&gt;

&lt;p&gt;You may uncover some hidden qualities about yourself and the energies provide terrific opportunities for making plans. Just about any plans, from small ones to big important ones. Make the most out of this time because March is set to be the month that holds the strongest of potentials, and with only a follow-up of this kind of energy only a little later in to the year. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Relationships are in focus again however with the turbulent energy flow, these will either thrive or wilt and die. In order to sustain a relationship now it will take a strong bond or connection of some kind, or simply a lot of trying. It's a good time to ask yourself, what you are looking for out of a relationship.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Avoid doing too much this month and spend time at home, change any traveling plans if possible. May is a better time to travel. It's a good time to balance diet and exercise. If you've fallen off the wagon passed few weeks, you can do a lot to help yourself bounce back. Take a look at your day-to-day routine and see where you can make time to start exercising some more.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;If you've been eating more takeaway lately, it's a good opportunity to turn things around and make some healthier food choices. More fruits and vegetables would be beneficial now to assist the immune system in-time for the cooler months and help reduce the severity of colds and flu. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;If you've been feeling miserable over something (or someone) now is a good time to release your hold. If it feels like an additional task, additional worry, or an annoyance, it may be time to let it go. You have nothing to gain from giving energy to it, even if it may be someone in your family who is draining your energies! Let it go. There are more ways to let situations go than we realise. It may be as easy as changing the way we see the situation. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The energies are favorable for making new friends, great excuse to get a night-out planned for the weekend! Grab a friend and head down to the local water-hole. You never know you else will be there. There are good opportunities to deepen existing bonds between current friendships too. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Routine is the chant of the month. You will find yourself more than usual in situations which will help you to learn and grow through routine. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;If you have the right tools you can do anything and tools is not only something men use in the shed! It can mean anything and in spirituality we like to use this term in encouraging others to find the right tools. Often it is said, &quot;With the right tools you can do it.&quot; In this article I'd like to explore just how far you can take this bit of wisdom and even beyond but for the sake of us all, I'm writing in love and in light only so no funny ideas OK! &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Remember what I wrote about being the best judge?.. well, I'll allow you to judge and decide whether this article is useful to you or not because it may be or it may not be and that's alright. The purpose of my writing is to expand upon what we believe is possible and what is not; to challenge and to entertain our limits. I know we have them.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;It's easy to restrict what we can and can't do after all each morning we wake up and come across restriction, for instance, &quot;Damn, I can't reach that .. if only I was taller.&quot; Or, &quot;Bugger I'm so lonely, if only I could find that special someone.&quot; Or even, &quot;I wish I knew what made her tick!&quot; Now, remember in love and in light only. Forget any sinister ideas that may come up because they will mislead you. By the way I am trusting all of you are wiser than that so let's continue ... &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The easiest way to get ahead is to know ourself well. To understand how gain the ball in your court is to be able to separate what is us from something or someone else and that's then not enough; we need to be able to know how that something or someone else operates or in other words; thinks and feels. If for instance, you know exactly what your Boss wants then you can simply deliver. Yes, this may all seem mundane and you might be thinking where is the punch-line .. this is all gibberish! &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;This is where the tools come in and as with anything else, you decide what those are. Firstly, to carry out something of this magnitude you will need the first and most important tool; passion. Yes, indeed, if you aren't passionate about it, it simply will not eventuate and secondly, you will need patience and faith. Equally as important. As it is said, you can't hurry love and neither can you walk without learning how to crawl first. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;If you want it bad enough you will get it and that's where having the right tools is important. The rewards are also wonderful and there will be times when you'll just have to reel yourself in and let things be. You'll understand that it is important you know how to do this and as with anything else you will be given the opportunity to do so. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;So you can get what you want, make all your dreams come true; attract the perfect lover, create wealth and make it grow, be happy and content .. get on your path and stay on it. Gosh you are really jumping out of your seat now!!! &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Here's the punch-line .. apply yourself. Be willing to try for what you dream of. If you want to attract the perfect lover, get to know yourself inside out and decide on what you really need out of a partner then look into this further, perhaps read books written on personalities, different people, different desires, etc .. think about what best suits you. If you want to create wealth, don't waste your time in an unsatisfying job and jump right into your career choice. It's the only way you're going to feel good about what you do. If you want to make your money grow similarly, gain more knowledge about how to make money grow and don't be afraid to try. You can have this.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Yes, that's it, if you have the right tools you can do it and here's a helpful tip; be willing to try different things out because odds are the reason it hasn't been working is because you may have been hitting the nail with a paint brush instead of a hammer, so, go get your hammer and don't worry the nail is not going anywhere. &lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;h3&gt;Organic Lemon Tarragon roasted chicken Recipe&lt;/h3&gt;

&lt;p&gt;For the vast majority of human history, agriculture can be described as organic. It's only during the 20th century was a large supply of new synthetic chemicals introduced to the food supply. This more recent style of production is referred to as conventional. A key factor is that organic farming is consistent with sound moral and ethical principles which benefit the environment and welfare of rearing the animals. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Conventional supply of foods and drinks is unfortunately far less beneficial for our health than organic foods and drink, or growing your own in your back yard, simply because organic foods and drinks supply are simple, healthful and close to nature. The basic principle of organic farming is to achieve optimum quantities of produce and food of high nutritional quality without the use of artificial fertilisers or synthetic chemicals. It does not use genetically modified foods, growth promoters or hormones. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;1 lemon&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;4 sprigs fresh tarragon&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1 bunch large Dutch carrots, trimmed, peeled&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;4 small parsnips, trimmed, peeled, cut in half lengthways&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;4 small leeks, trimmed&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1kg small chat potatoes&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1/4 cup olive oil&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Sauce&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;2 egg yolks&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;2 tablespoons lemon juice&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;2 tablespoons fresh tarragon leaves, finely chopped&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;125g butter, melted&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Method&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Preheat the oven to 200°C. Rinse the chicken inside and out with cold water and pat dry with paper towel. Using your fingers, gently loosen the skin from the breast to form a pocket. Thinly slice half the lemon. Place 2 tarragon sprigs and 3-4 slices of lemon under the skin on each side of the chicken breast. Season well with freshly ground black pepper and sea salt flakes. Put the remaining lemon half and tarragon sprigs into the chicken cavity. Tie the legs together with kitchen twine and tuck the wings underneath the chicken.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Place the vegetables in a large roasting pan. Add the oil and toss until well coated. Place a wire rack above the vegetables and put the chicken on top. Bake for 1 hour 10 minutes or until cooked through. To check if the chicken is cooked, pierce the thickest part of the thigh with a skewer and if the juices run clear, the chicken is ready.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Meanwhile, prepare the sauce. Place the egg yolks, lemon juice and tarragon into a food processor. Process for 30 seconds or until combined. With the motor running, slowly add the warm melted butter until a thick, creamy sauce forms.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Serve the chicken with the roasted vegetables and sauce. Enjoy!&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The health of your back is affected mainly by how you carry and use your body, but also by diet, digestion and the way you cope with stress. Back pain affects most people at some time in their lives. It has been said, it is a leading cause of disability in Australia and New Zealand. Many natural therapies can be used to provide relief from back pain, even when orthodox therapies fail to help. &lt;i&gt;Did you know? Strong abdominal muscles are essential to maintaining a healthy back and protecting your back from injury. &lt;/i&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Back pain may be a slight problem lasting a few days or a serious long lasting disability. Pain can result from any weakness in the back from injury. Carrying heavy objects, exercising without due care, using poor lifting technique, twisting or turning awkwardly – all these can cause damage. Bad posture, lack of exercise, sitting in one position for long periods, pregnancy and being overweight make back pain more likely and may worsen existing pain. Stress is also a major cause of back pain. Less commonly, backache results from a condition unrelated to the back, such as urinary-tract infection. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Your spine contains 33 firmly linked vertebrae. The first 24 are separated by natural shock absorbers consisting of cartilage discs filled with gel. The spine is held together by ligaments (thick bands of fibrous tissue), muscles and the facet joints of each vertebra. Pain can be caused by any part of the complex structure of the back and often back pain results from a combination of factors.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The most important way to prevent back pain is to maintain your back's strength and flexibility with daily exercise. It is also essential to avoid excessive or awkward movements that can cause stress and strain. Gentle massage of the muscles on either side of the spine can often ease pain. Also, you can try The Supine Twist, it can ease back stiffness. (Stop if it causes pain.) Lay on your back. Place your left foot on your right knee, and lower your left knee to the right, twisting from the waist. Rest your right hand on your left thigh. Raise your left arm upwards to the left, palm up, and look towards it. Relax the position for a minute and then repeat on the other side.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;When working at a computer for any length of time, be sure that your knees are bent at a 90 degree angle and that you lower back is well supported by a correctly adjusted chair. You would be able to look at the screen without tilting your head. Prolonged bed rest is no longer recommended for back pain. Instead, get up and about as soon as possible and, after checking with your doctor, begin to do a few minutes of gentle exercise each day. Build up a regular exercise routine to strengthen your back and abdominal muscles and to increase your flexibility.&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;h3&gt; Energy Reading for February &lt;/h3&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;It's all about Change &lt;/i&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;It's the month of Valentine's, who can remember the story of Valentino? And how things have changed into just another opportunity for business. Non-the-less it's a good time to express how you really feel about the special person in your life.&lt;/p&gt; 

&lt;p&gt;There is a strong energy around unity and union of souls, many of us will feel isolated and separated. This might not be because we really are so different to one another but more because the walls and boundaries we have created around one another are quite the same. Universally we have created similar boundaries and the energies in February will test these. You will seek opportunities to open yourself up and express your true feelings.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The other main cause for concern will be balancing your inner self. Allow for your real feelings to be dominant even if this means it will stress situations because it's important to your soul's journey. Keeping an unsatisfying path is not favorable to your personal growth and evolution, and neither is it kind to the rest of society! Think of how your unhappiness last made you feel. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Tempers may flare, emotions explode at work and at home if there are issues with sincerity. At work the energies are likely to disrupt issues with progress and growth. If you think you've had it made, think again. Be a real team player, avoid being insincere with those you work with (and live with) it will come back in a very positive way! It's your opportunity now. If you were ever going to shine, you can shine now.... and keep shining because we really need it.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;In your private moments don't despair or resort to loneliness because it's untrue. You are never really alone. It's a delusion. There are plenty of spirits around us, Angels and heavenly helpers, Guides, Guardians and all others including God. We are never really alone. Happiness is just a prayer away. Take some time to pray about your problems. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Make sure your actions reflect your thoughts. Continue to express your innermost emotions to yourself and keep working them out. Don't forget when things get hard or all jumbled, sit in your space of peace. Visit that place regularly and sometimes just sit there any time at all. Don't worry, it doesn't remove you from what's important. It will give you a new power and peace.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Troubles brew between two sides as they try to compromise and become one new piece in a unity to another part of unity and so forth, so you can imagine how much work there is to be done and with many of us still clueless about what's going on, victims to our own emotions. Only when we realise our emotional problems need work and healing, can we move into greatness and one step closer. You will never change or heal if you continue to allow your ego to rule over your innermost feelings and your heart, and your soul wont see the light of day. You simply don't have forever in a given lifetime. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Remember when we create ideals we are not free to grow.&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;h3&gt;2010 – The Big Deal&lt;/h3&gt; 

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Well, there isn't one . . . really&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;It's a great year, but so is every year. It's just that we start off each year with the same old notions and by the end of each year we can hardly wait for that one to end and welcome in the new year with the same old notions again.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Making new year's resolutions that will turn out to be successful need not be climbing those mountains but simple little things, like, I intend to make more time for myself this year or I promise to visit a massage therapist and finally get that massage I've been putting off.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Things like I'm going to quit smoking or lose weight really do require something to go &quot;click&quot; internally before you can begin these journeys and saying, &quot;My new year's resolution is to lose weight&quot;, for the sixth year in a row just isn't working anymore.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;We are looking at 2010 with new eyes so let's see what's really going on!&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;It's not a big deal, don't make it one. It's actually an easy year. Things will flow without the usual heaving and pulling, so you can retire the game of tug a war. Contrary to what I have read and heard other's say, I feel 2010 will be similar to 2009 but with one small difference. Things are much easier. If you want to lose weight, you just might! If you want to quit smoking, you just might! If you want to earn more money, you just might! The key is, you'll be able to see much clearly what you need to see, whereas in 2009 you had to delve in deeply to figure it out and why the Universal energies have shifted in such a dramatic way is still a mystery although there are several theories. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I have read we are heading into a time of cooperation opposed to competition, which is great but what about the individuals who are competitive by nature? What about the individuals who believe mentally, physically and spiritually, wholly in working hard, hard, hard to get what you want? What about the individuals who believe things are only black and white? All these people are really going to struggle, understandably, with this theory.&lt;/p&gt; 

&lt;p&gt;I have also read, it's a time of magic beginning with this year and until 2012, but then what's going to happen? What about all the individuals who don't believe in magic? What about all the individuals who have lost their fight against things like cancer or who will lose their fight against cancer or other diseases? What about all the individuals born and raised in violence, abuse and similar circles? All these people just can't find faith to put into themselves set aside whimsical magic and time frames of 3 wonderful years.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Yes. It's true. I found many holes in the theories like these two and many others I have read about 2010. It's true, it's the tenth year of the new millenium but it's not any more magical than last year and there isn't going to be a drastic change from competition in to cooperation, just imagine how wonderful it would be if this was true, but what would happen, for instance, to large companies and manufacturers, if we suddenly had no competition, only cooperation. Would they just say, &quot;Oh ok, well, if it's for the betterment of humankind&quot;. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;2010 radiates energies of creativity, expansion and the free spirit so people will be naturally drawn to professions which suit them, in turn, creating more wealth because we thrive when we are happily placed and being able to make important changes like, switching to solar energy. Creativity is productivity and change. Expansion is growth and abundance, and the free spirit is simply having more room to express yourself. These are all hard things to do when you are in the wrong place, doing things which don't make you happy. You will struggle to thrive and too much negative energy in one place creates havoc. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Careers are highlighted this year but so is health. You are given the long awaited opportunity to have yet another go at changing your lifestyle (diet, exercise, rest and emotional healing) to improve and heal your health and life, ultimately. No matter who you are, treat your health with a holistic approach. Avoid treating the symptoms and treat the causes. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;That's 2010 in a nutshell. It's a great year and there is a mysteriousness about it, it's like something old being looked at in a new way and this is causing all kinds of interesting theories. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Each day, every week and each month that passes will bring new opportunities that can change your life and perhaps the most important thing you can learn in this cycle is to be a more positive person. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Cancer, for the first time in a long time, everything is flowing smoothly for you and looking great at work as well as at home. You are feeling in control and steering things in the direction you want. Your patience will see things fruition wonderfully, in the weeks to come. Romantically things are set to become passionate which will please you and you will have the opportunity to express yourself emotionally too. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Leo, there is a new love interest which has caught your interest and this month will be filled with many highs! It's not the best time to pounce and time is needed however with the energies of Valentine's you may seek out a way of letting them know they are on the top of your list! &lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Genetically Modified Food&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Scientists change the natural state of food by inserting genes from plants, animals or micro-organisms into the genetic material of food crops and animals, mainly to enable companies to make profits from them. This process assists the shelf life of the products and some products can remain up to 3 years before they spoil, but is it safe to eat? &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Most genetically modified (GM) food for sale in Australia is imported, though GM canola has been grown in NSW and Victoria since 2008 and has been genetically modified either to make crops more tolerant of herbicides or more resistant to insect pests. Corn incorporates genetic material from soil bacteria so the corn will be more toxic to insects and cannot be washed off. Is this GM corn safe to eat? &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;In the US cows are injected with a genetically engineered growth hormone to increase their milk production, but drinking this milk has been linked to cancer in humans. Genetic modification can change the food we eat in even more unpredictable ways. As early 1989 the manufacturer of a GM dietary supplement, L-tryptophan, had to pay $1.2 billion in compensation when 5000 consumers became sick with a previously unknown disease that killed 35 of them and permanently disabled 1500 others.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Food Standards Australia New Zealand (FSANZ) claims that the GM food that it approves for sale in Australia is just as safe as non-GM food. Before approving any GM food FSANZ evaluates safety information, most of which comes from the company manufacturing the food. The company must undertake or commission studies such as whether the toxin in the corn poses a threat to humans eating it. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;FSANZ doesn't test GM food or consider any long-term effects. It simply monitors the effects of GM food on the human population after it is sold. Critics are concerned that this information is not independent and the studies are limited. Critics of genetically modified food also claim that current patent laws give the developers of genetically modified crops control over the food supply.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The American Academy of Environmental Medicine argued that &quot;because GM foods have not been properly tested for human consumption and because there is ample evidence of probable harm&quot;, doctors should advise the community to &quot;avoid GM foods when possible&quot;. The Academy noted that several animal studies showed consumption og GM foods led to harm to the immune system; impacts on the liver, kidney, pancreas and spleen, as well as asthma, allergy and inflammation.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Here in Australia, mandatory labelling of some food containing GM ingredients offers consumers a choice. There are some foods that do not need to be labelled although they have been GM in some way; these are any highly refined foods, such as oils, starches and sugars, food additives or processing aids, flavours present in small quantities or any ingredient that makes up less than 1% of the food. Also food in restaurants and takeaway, meat, eggs, dairy products derived from animals fed with GM feed.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;In Australia, surveys have shown that while 45% of the public will accept GM foods, 93% demand genetically modified foods be labelled. Labelling legislation has been introduced and rejected several times since 1996 according to &quot;restraint of trade&quot; due to the cost of labelling. In 2009 when Graincorp, the nations largest grain handler, announced it would mix GM canola with its unmodified grain, traditional growers, who largely rely on GM free markets, were told they will now need to pay to have their produce certified GM free. Critics such as Greenpeace and the Gene Ethics Network have renewed calls for labelling again.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Genetically modified food and drink lacks nutrition (some companies adding synthetic versions of vitamins in to their product) and makes the person feel full quickly and get hungry less often, this is mainly due to the body working in over drive to digest the many toxins found in these foods which are foreign to the human body. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Certain additives and preservatives commonly used can cause headaches, indigestion, pre-menstrual tension, allergies, mood swings, bloating, skin rash, stomach cramps, itchy skin, dandruff, food sensitivities, gas, intolerances, body odor, thirst and cravings for more of that food. Without further independent research on GM food and drink, it is best to avoid these and choose whole foods and fresh juices instead. &lt;p&gt;The Year of Creativity&lt;/p&gt; 

&lt;p&gt;Thank you to every one who participated in our Light Work Task 09. You have helped make the world a better place! If you've been following my energy readings over the years, I hope it has helped you with making plans and important decisions. I'm grateful for your presence in my life. If this is the first time you're joining me; Welcome, I'm glad to share this time with you and I hope you enjoy the newsletters. &lt;/p&gt; 

&lt;p&gt;Preview into the Year.... It's a month of Creativity and the entire cycle (or year) revolves around Creativity too. This year will be filled with wonderful opportunities towards success and improvement but not through arduous work, rather by &quot;just doing it.&quot; This is great news for friends and family relationships as this year will provide abundant opportunities for relationships to deepen. The possibility of meeting new friends and making new relationships is also great, some of you may acquire this through changing jobs or positions at work. Radical career changes are also quite possible. The most wonderful changes will happen at the work and relationships levels. For some of you health will be an important issue and making changes regarding your health even more important. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;It's a slow start to the year, feels like an old friend has come to stay. There will be plenty to do and some good news may come sometime around the second week of the month. The energy is still very much a karmic one - it's important to work through things that you need too and remember your life is the result of how you view the world and yourself. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;If you are &quot;consciously&quot; working on your Spiritual Self your month will be a good one indeed! Situations and circumstances are set to take place this month which support our views and opinions and our choices and decisions we've made. As I just said, it will be a wonderful month for those of you deeply on your journey and one you will fondly look back upon the next few weeks!&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Money travels around us abundantly, but the energy is karmic so unless you have some important lesson to learn through the experience of loans and debts then it is wise to wait just a little while longer. It's wise to save as much as you can for that much needed purchase in March.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;It's a good time to try a detox diet especially after the Christmas and New Year's celebrations, but before you skip reading this paragraph don't let &quot;detox diet&quot; put you off. You don't have to go nuts! Just for 2 or 3 weeks (or until February) eat more wholefoods, drink filtered water and herbal tea. It will help your body clear away toxins and give the organs a breather, especially the liver and the digestive system. If you prefer to follow a detox plan that's ok too. &lt;/p&gt; 

&lt;p&gt;If you tend to worry, or if people often refer to you as someone who worries then January could turn out to be your best friend because this month's energy makes it easy for you to relax and worry less and simply focus on yourself. If you haven't had a deep tissue massage in a while or visited the chiropractor, schedule in some time to do that. January will make it easy for you to pay attention to all those things you often tend to ignore and help you make new long-term adjustments that will benefit you. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Three important things to think about this month, trust the process of life – especially yours and be willing to release old patterns and just go with the flow.... even if you don't do all these things straight away, try to start with one and do another one when you feel like you want to. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt; My father has had cancer for two years. Neither of us talk about dying. When a nurse asked him about dying, he said he was afraid he wouldn't go to heaven. I would like to help in some way, but I'm also afraid to talk to him about it and I don't really know what I would say. &lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Simply say what you feel and don't worry about how it comes out. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt; I am a firm believer in Jesus Christ. Are you a Christian? Do you teach based on the Bible that tells us Jesus was the son of God? Do you believe in the kingdom to come?&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;No, I'm not a Christian and I don't teach based on the bible. I am not familiar with the kingdom to come, but this doesn't mean that I do not acknowledge Christianity. Any belief (or religion) that brings love and peace to someone has my vote! The kingdom to come sounds wonderful and it would be great if it was a kingdom that would bring light and healing to the world. Help us all so we can live in awareness. This is what we really need right now.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt; What is meditation and is there some &quot;best&quot; method for its practice?&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Meditation is interpreted different and can be seen as a time to be still, to pray or spend time with your thoughts. You may be surprised to learn that many people struggle with meditating. The problem with meditation is &quot;being quiet.&quot; If you can quiet the mind and simply sit with yourself you will meditate. If it helps to sit and focus on a candle and create a peaceful space then do that. As it gets easier you can meditate anywhere anytime. I will send you practical tips on what I've just said.&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;h3&gt;Affinity with Jesus Christ&lt;/h3&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Today there are people all around the world who claim to be Jesus reincarnated. Others say they have been given special messages and claim they can communicate with Jesus, but before you discard all this as nonsense let me shine light on this.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;One day a gentleman came to see me, he wanted to discuss trauma he had been experiencing. He told me he knew Jesus Christ in a past-life. He shared with me the hardships of living a life being so loving and accepting of others. He said, it was impossible to do that back then and it's still impossible today. He believed he had been suffering for several lifetimes and with each one after the crucifixion he'd feel like taking his own life from time to time. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;It was extraordinary to sit with this man, look into his eyes and observe his deepest emotions as he talked of his soul's journey. It made me deeply examine my own journey. His confessions were very real and I felt as though I knew this man from somewhere in time. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;During the time of when Jesus was known, the great majority of people were struggling in life and things like love and hope were looked upon with long faces. People simply didn't trust in love and hope, sure they had families and created love, but it was hard to live in love or even kindness and understanding especially of an unconditional nature and the same is said today. However, today there are more of us willing to try.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;We look at Jesus Christ as an amazing man, an angel, a light, a loving being with magical healing ability or was it all really that magical. Around the world we move closer towards natural healing and in recent times, energy healing. In Jesus's time, what he was able to do was magical because he was doing it alone without the support of others. He chose to help, to love and make a difference when there was little or no hope. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Energy healers around the world help aid the sick and dying, quite often prolonging life greatly. Is it hope, is it love, are they indeed Jesus Christ, or are they simply willing enough to try. Modern medicine is not to be discarded and with modern medicine wonderful things can be achieved, but self awareness and the ability to heal oneself (and or others) without modern medicine is love and light working together.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;We are surrounded by energy, also referred to or better known as an aura. The energy that Reiki Masters use to heal the body can directly enter through the aura. An individual in a lot of pain can draw in the same healing energy to the point of pain and reduce the pain and begin healing immediately. The same can be used for emotional problems. The energy is so versatile given the right method you can use the energy to do check ups on yourself.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Our aura radiates from our soul. It is the part of us that doesn't die. Our bodies age until they die, our minds and hearts die too. In a typical life our minds serve us more problems than not and the call of awakening is getting passed the mind, or better known as earth mind, so that we can connect with ourselves wholly and also connect with energy effectively. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Many many people have an affinity with Jesus Christ and they called him, our savior. He was able to move passed every day hassles and get right down to the nitty-gritty of doing good. He was less concerned about how much trade he had and more worried about us. We all share an affinity with Jesus. Every time you help someone out, or feel the pain of another, cry when you see them crying, you are resounding with Jesus.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;It may be too difficult to be love and light when you are surrounded by many who aren't but don't lose hope! If that's what you really want to do than do that but be sensible about it and recognise just because you are on a spiritual journey it doesn't mean that others are. If you choose love over other emotions and I'm not talking about pretty things or relationships, kissing and hugging, I'm referring to loving kindness, compassion and understanding, you will change your life in wonderful ways and you will help heal the world. It may be too difficult to love one another unconditionally, but someday we will. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Flights Costing The Earth&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The issue of air travel and it's environmental impact is hard to ignore. The transport mode that has become the fastest growing greenhouse contributor is domestic aviation, with an overall growth of 76% between 1990 and 2005, in Australia. However, global aviation is also growing at a rate of 6% per annum worldwide. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;There is an intrinsic difficulty with jet engine technology. Jets emit not only carbon dioxide but also large amounts of nitrous oxide, a powerful greenhouse forming gas that has a three-fold greater impact on our environment than carbon dioxide. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Many remote and pristine natural locations, which are now marketed as viable eco-tourism holiday options, have become increasingly accessible – mainly by plane. When booking your flight you may come across an option that enables you to &quot;offset&quot; your greenhouse gas emissions from your flight. These are called &quot;carbon offsets&quot; and they are currently the only real option (other than cancelling your flight) for negating your environmental impact from flying. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;A one-way flight between Sydney and Melbourne emits 0.107 tonnes of CO2, which currently costs $1.02 to offset and double this for the return. The Australian Government in particular has urged that COP15 set a carbon dioxide reduction target for the aviation industry and that it joins a global emissions trading scheme as a result.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The Australian Department of Climate Change does provide a list of projects accredited as being Greenhouse FriendlyTM. Look at the carbon offsets projects that underpin the scheme being offered and determine what they will use your money for. These are tree-planting schemes, landfill gas projects and electricity reduction projects.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Remember, in the time it takes for aircraft to become more efficient and reduce it's carbon emissions it is definitely worth offsetting your flying miles. It will still take many years before enough tree mature and offset the gases impact to our environment. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Carbon offsets claim to make flying more environmentally friendly but this will take time. The most effective way to reduce your flying impact is to lessen the amount of international travel you do and concentrate on domestic tourism options. Their emissions are much lower and help stop flights costing the earth. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;When the only option is to fly, especially internationally and your travel agent or airline does not offer a carbon offset scheme or you are unhappy contributing to the types of projects your preferred airline or travel agent uses, it might be worth checking out popular carbon offset companies to see what projects they fund in comparison. Try Qantas, Jetstar as well as Virgin Blue. &lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;h3&gt; Energy Reading for December &lt;/h3&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Time to slow down and what a relief! Beginning now from an energy point of view things are changing dramatically. No mumbo-jumbo this month. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Life can teach us many things and one of those is that we don't have it all; not in a way where you believe you can control and safe-guard everything around you that matters. Life is always changing and comes across as unpredictable as a result.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;December may prove too busy with every day things to find time to meditate but that's the old way. The new way is very simple, you can find peace no matter where you are and you can meditate in the five minutes you have in your car while driving to work. No matter what is happening your mind is powerful enough to meditate and restore peace anytime.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Finally you can clearly see what has been bothering you about a certain someone. This now gives you the opportunity for change. In having said this, the same warnings about negative energy from last month are still effective and it's important to avoid people who are very negative. Sometimes the best thing you can do is nothing.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;If you can flow with change freely you will be fine. If you prefer a more relaxed approach you will also be fine and if you accept everything happens for a reason and as it should, you will again be fine so enjoy all that is coming and unfolding. There is no other way! &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;It's a good time to teach and share spiritual lessons. To raise awareness about self-awareness and spirituality. Perhaps you've been thinking of coming out and telling others about what you do or what you've discovered. It's your time now and in the years to come you will do wonderful things.&lt;/p&gt;

Some of the letters have been carefully edited with your approval by our E-Newsletter Editor so they can be included in the section. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;If you feel that you might need telephone counselling, you can call about anything that might be troubling you. If you feel you or someone you know may be at risk or just need someone to listen, call Lifeline now on 13 11 14. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;As I answer each one I hold you in my heart... &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Usually I am happy and easy going and I don't complain but there is a woman at work who can anger me just with her presence, she doesn't have to say anything but when she does I get really angry inside. She is everything I'm not, bossy, loud and annoying. What can I do?&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;It could be past life karma, I cannot be certain and need more information. However, if she annoys you deeply simply leave when you can to avoid becoming more infuriated. You don't have to stay in her company if she makes you feel bad. If you can become the observer, observe the situation. Imagine you are a third person and look at yourself and her when you are together. What advice would you give yourself? What could you do to change how she makes you feel? &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;At times it seems to me that the more I realize about the awesome nature of spiritual love, the more loneliness I feel in my current human relationships. I long to share my discoveries with others, but who do I turn to? &lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Every one who has journeyed on the spiritual path knows how you are feeling. You may be living a spiritual life but that doesn't mean people around you are, and that's the sad truth. Individuals on the path often live out different lives to those who aren't, more kind, compassionate, simple and peaceable ones. Your longing will manifest and to ensure you get exactly what you'd like pay attention to the details, for instance, sit down and be really sure about exactly what you wish for, be specific, if you don't want something, say it.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt; I have read that the best way to deal with a stressful situation is to &quot;go through it&quot; but how do you stop stress producing thoughts? &lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I don't think, at first, that you can and I think the stress producing thoughts are very important because they can teach you something. Try become the observer in the situation and see yourself when you are having these thoughts. How do you feel? What's happening? &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;A tan is a sign of skin damage. Exposure to ultraviolet (UV) radiation from sunlight or a solarium increases your risk of skin cancer and ages your skin. People with fair skin are at higher risk than people with darker skin. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Over the past 20 years, campaigns to heighten awareness of skin cancer have resulted in fewer people sunbathing. Commonly used alternatives to sunbathing include fake tanning lotions, tan accelerators and solariums. However, each carries potential risks. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;A tanning method that doesn’t use UV radiation is preferable. Remember, you still need to protect yourself from UV radiation when the UV levels are 3 and above when using these alternative tanning methods.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Skin cells in the top layer of skin (the epidermis) produce a pigment called melanin that gives skin its natural colour. When skin is exposed to UV radiation, more melanin is produced, causing the skin to darken. This is what we know as a tan. A tan is a sign that the skin is attempting to protect itself against UV damage. It is not a sign of good health. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Any method that involves exposure of the skin to UV radiation, either through exposure to sunlight or in a solarium, will cause skin damage. The more your skin is exposed to UV radiation from any source, the greater the risk of skin cancer and the more quickly skin will age. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Many people mistakenly believe that having a tan will protect their skin against sunburn and further DNA damage by ultraviolet radiation. However, a tan offers minimal protection (around SPF3). Even without burning, UVB radiation ages the skin through irreparable DNA damage. Repeated doses of UVA radiation also contribute to long-term damage, even when no sunburn occurs.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Australians are exposed to some of the highest levels of ultraviolet (UV) radiation exposure in the world. Combined with the fashion for tanned skin, this has led to an epidemic of skin cancer. Australia has one of the highest rates of skin cancer in the world. More than 1,600 Australians die from skin cancer each year.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Recent public awareness campaigns have challenged the perception that tanned skin is more desirable than pale skin. However, the desire for the appearance of tanned skin is still high, especially among younger people. So alternative tanning methods have become even more popular.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Set any milestones or made any big plans? If you haven’t do it now! This month's energy is relaxing and rejuvenating even when you are busy. As we slowly approach the end of the year and this important cycle, its nice to look back on all the effort and achievement. If you are still feeling bad over something or you are someone who still doesn't feel right about decisions you've made try re-think it. Maybe you don't need to feel bad anymore and you can let go if its not going to work. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;A great month for meditation and creating balance. You might be busy getting things organised for Christmas, work might be busy and family matters too however, perfect opportunity to practice inner peace and calm! All things spiritual come in to focus in November and you might develop a new curiousity, wonderful month to browse New Age stores. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Money is generating around in great numbers, shifting and going to where it is needed. Some investments will not please. The generating is not so much in personal investments as its in collective need. Around this time every cycle we get a karmic shift in finance. If you are expecting money, it will come. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;And something to look forward to, next year will be a wonderful year, the energies new and different from what we've had throughout this year. Situations will ease and flow smoother, unlike feeling you are trying to get things to work it will work without great effort. It will bring new opportunities to do the things you've been thinking of, it will make the &quot;hard things&quot; easy. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Finally, you might make some real progress in those relationships causing discomfort, be it at work, with friends or family. By making changes to your attitude you will change the situation, steer it more positively for yourself with much better results down the track. This could be in more than one way too. In addition you will feel you can decide on what you are going to do and when you are going to do that and in turn this will bring new situations of independence. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;I am constantly feeling overwhelmed by my boyfriend's family! They are strict snobs who think they're better and best above all. It seems that I live out each day trying to “keep their approval of me.” Constantly leads to discouragement that I will ever succeed at anything. Can you please help me?&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;When I get one of these letters they are one of the hardest to read. It brings sadness as I am reminded there are people who disapprove and don't accept, but you don't need their approval and you are free to choose how you want to live out your life. Its wise you speak to a Counsellor especially if you are feeling overwhelmed and I think its a good idea if you see them less often. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;I wake up every morning and suffer with panic attacks before leaving the house. Often I feel bewildered and don't like to travel as a result. I feel like I am standing on a bridge staring down into the abyss and cannot move through this. Please help.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;See your health care professional to make sure there aren't any underlying physical causes. Panic attacks affect people who are more naturally sensitive but can affect any body for any number of reasons which is why its important to see your health care professional. I am going to assume you are of a sensitive nature and perhaps you are surrounded by strong-minded others dominating  and you may not even notice. You'll need to figure out what is causing the attacks and when they first started. More often than not its a case of too much pressure on the individual, to succeed or produce results, usually by a parent or significant role. Removing yourself from the people in your life and seeing them just occasionally will help you to determine where the triggers are coming from. It may also be worthwhile taking a break from work or changing to a lesser stressful environment. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Planning ahead and making gifts yourself is easy to do and it will save you time shopping around and money! Your gift will be appreciated because it has a personal touch and you can have a lot of fun making them. Here are some thoughtful gift ideas and tips.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Basket filled with cheese and fruit&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;A lined basket with or without a handle would suit this type of arrangement however if you only have a plain basket that will do just fine. If you would like to line the basket simply lay out a new kitchen towel in the basket. You can buy one at your local supermarket for a few dollars. Its a good idea to prepare your basket on Christmas eve so the food will remain fresh and edible. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Rosenborg cheese or prestige Camembert cheese are both delicious and can both be added together or with a gourmet pate. Chocolate coated apricots are also great and match these two cheeses and pate nicely, provided your basket is not going to sit out in a warm environment. All of these combined or just two will go well with most fruits, red apples, mangoes, kiwi fruits, strawberries, bananas, pineapple and rock melon. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Complimentary items to any cheese and fruit combination baskets could be a small chopping board, a cheese knife, a packet of water crackers or a bottle of spring water. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Wrap your basket with cellophane paper in the colour of your choice, tie some ribbon or add a Christmas bow. You may like to attach the Christmas card and you have a lovely basket filled with cheese and fruit friends and family will enjoy.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Chunky home made spicy tomato sauce&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Making home made sauce is not as difficult as it may seem and this recipe will make approximately 1.7 litres, plenty enough for you too. Its probably a good idea to prepare and bottle your sauce up to a few days before Christmas as sauces tend to take a day or two to mature.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;You will need: 2kg vine-ripened tomatoes, green part removed and halved, 60ml (1/4 cup) olive oil, a few sprigs of thyme, Sea salt, Freshly ground black pepper, 1 onion, finely chopped, 2 garlic cloves, crushed and 2 tbsp shredded basil.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Preheat oven to 220C. Place tomatoes cut-side up in a large roasting tray, drizzle with 2 tbsp of the olive oil, scatter the thyme sprigs over the top and season with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper. Roast the tomatoes in the oven for 30 minutes.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Meanwhile, heat the remaining olive oil in a large saucepan over a medium-low heat. Add the onion and cook, stirring occasionally for 5-6 minutes or until the onion is soft. Add garlic and stir for 1 minute more. Add the roasted tomatoes and juices to the pan with the onion. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 20-30 minutes or until thick and reduced. Remove from heat, season to taste and add the shredded basil leaves. If you'd like to create a puree simply use a blender. Once cooled pour into a clean empty glass bottle or jar with a wide neck, tie with Christmas ribbon and you can compliment your sauce gift with any kitchen utensil of your choice.&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;h3&gt;Suitable for under the tree&lt;/h3&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Basket filled with kitchen gadgets &lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;This is a perfect home made gift for the cook! Discount and variety stores stock many affordable goodies everyone needs in the kitchen and you can get as creative as you want with this arrangement. You can use any handy basket and size of your choice. An ordinary keepsake box or photo box is also good. Fill your box with screwed up tissue paper, green, red, silver or gold tissue paper would look great for Christmas. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Items you can use: spatula (any colour), kitchen knife, can opener, potato peeler, packet of zip lock bags, pancake mix, small teapot, sink plugs, wooden spoon or ice cream scoop. Carefully arrange your kitchen gadgets amongst the tissue paper till you fill the basket or box. Wrap the box with clear cellophane as though you were wrapping a present, tape down at the rear of the parcel because turning it upside down may cause everything to tip out. Finally wrap it in Christmas paper and stick a note; Do not tip! &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Pamper boxes &lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Use a small coloured box or decorate the box yourself using crafts of your choice. There is no need to line the box or fill it with tissue paper unless you want to however you can give the items a nice place to sit just by adding a towel as part of the gift. Fold and place the towel in the bottom of the box. If your box is small use a hand towel or a face washer. Gently place the items in the box and arrange them as you would like. Smaller items are better placed in front of larger items.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;When choosing items for your pamper box think of the person you are making it for. Some ideas might be, bubble bath, body lotion, relaxation disc, cosmetics or toiletries bag, natural soap or scented candles. Wrap the box with clear cellophane as though you were wrapping a present, tape down at the rear of the parcel because turning it upside down may cause everything to tip out. Finally wrap it in Christmas paper and stick a note; Do not tip! &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Collage of special photos &lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Making a collage is fun and easy. Gather photos of special occasions if you'd like to make a theme collage or simply print out some every day happy snaps you have taken keeping the person or people in mind when selecting photos for the collage. Collages can be made of anything, anyone or any situation. Sizes vary depending on personal taste however usually a collage no bigger than a laptop computer is perfect!&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Pets, babies, wedding, family or social outings and birthday parties make wonderful collages. When you have decided on your collage, gather a pair of scissors, acid free photo glue and a piece of hard cardboard but not too thick in case you decide to put it in a frame so simply choose a project sheet of cardboard. You can buy all these thing cheap at your local Newsagent or even supermarket. If you decide on using a frame for the collage its best to buy the frame first then make the collage to fit the frame.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Make your collage however you want it and don't be afraid to experiment. Be random. Don't paste the photos in a straight line and overlapping looks great! When you have finished and you are happy with your collage wrap it with Christmas paper and you're done. Collages make a great gift and they are always appreciated. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Exercise is important but did you know it can help improve your mood too. It can increase your energy levels giving you more get up and go every day! Exercise benefits every part of the body, including the mind. Exercising causes the body to produce endorphins, chemicals that can help a person to feel more peaceful and happy. Exercise can help some people sleep better. It can also help some people who have mild depression and low self-esteem. Plus, exercise can give people a real sense of accomplishment.&lt;/p&gt;
   
&lt;p&gt;People who exercise burn more calories and look more toned than those who don't. In fact, exercise is one of the most important parts of keeping your body at a healthy weight. Exercise helps people lose weight and lower the risk of some diseases. Exercising to maintain a healthy weight decreases a person's risk of developing certain diseases, including type 2 diabetes and high blood pressure. These diseases, which used to be found mostly in adults, are becoming more common in teens.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Exercise can help a person age well. This may not seem important when you are young, but your body will thank you later. Women are especially prone to a condition called osteoporosis (a weakening of the bones) as they get older. Studies have found that weight-bearing exercise, like jumping, running or brisk walking, can help keep bones strong. The three components to a well-balanced exercise routine are: aerobic exercise, strength training, and flexibility training.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Like other muscles, the heart enjoys a good workout. You can provide it with one in the form of aerobic exercise. Aerobic exercise is any type of exercise that gets the heart pumping and quickens your breathing. When you give your heart this kind of workout regularly, it will get stronger and more efficient in delivering oxygen (in the form of oxygen-carrying blood cells) to all parts of your body.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The heart isn't the only muscle to benefit from regular exercise. Most of the other muscles in your body enjoy exercise, too. When you use your muscles and they become stronger, it allows you to be active for longer periods of time without getting worn out. Strong muscles are also a plus because they actually help protect you when you exercise by supporting your joints and helping to prevent injuries. Muscle also burns more energy when a person's at rest than fat does, so building your muscles will help you burn more calories and maintain a healthy weight.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Strengthening the heart and other muscles isn't the only important goal of exercise. Exercise also helps the body stay flexible, meaning that your muscles and joints stretch and bend easily. People who are flexible can worry less about strained muscles and sprains. Being flexible may also help improve a person's sports performance. Some activities, like dance or martial arts, obviously require great flexibility, but increased flexibility can also help people perform better at other sports.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;One of the biggest reasons people drop an exercise program is lack of interest: If what you're doing isn't fun, it's hard to keep it up. The good news is that there are many different sports and activities that you can try out to see which one inspires you. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;When picking the right type of exercise, it can help to consider your workout personality. You also need to plan around practical considerations, such as whether your chosen activity is affordable and available to you.  It's a good idea to talk to someone who understands exercise, like a coach or fitness expert at a gym. He or she can get you started on a program that's right for you and your level of fitness. 	&lt;h3&gt; Energy Reading for October &lt;/h3&gt;

&lt;p&gt;In the last two weeks we settled in to thick karmic energy. This is all the really important karmic stuff from around ten years back. It probably wasn't a highlighted moment you'll smile and look back on, but you'll be glad in the years to come that you managed to work things out.  In having said this, its set to be an emotional first two weeks and you will be dealing with something and someone (or people) you should have dealt with before, but you will be glad again that you did! &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The weeks to come more or less will be about you. And you will feel that everything will start to fall into place. This should come together well making you feel really happy. No matter what you've been worrying about it will sort itself out this month and this will create more room to focus on other things. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Spiritually you will be challenged at a very personal level that collectively is difficult to put in to words! However, I will say, some of us will struggle with more intense emotions like those of control and self-esteem issues while others will be challenged in situations provoking honesty and integrity. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;October's energy in particularly draws attention towards relationships, so while other things may create hurdles, relationships, will be a bit of a mountain with most of us standing at the bottom of the mountain asking ourselves, &quot;do we really want to climb?&quot;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Relationships bind people together for all kinds of reasons with the most common being the need for love and companionship. When a relationship is healthy it provides adequately for the individuals involved, but when its not it can be unsatisfying and depleting. Sometimes an unsatisfying relationship can be mended and turned into a healthful one and sometimes it can't. The difference is being able to recognise when this isn't the case and then being able to give up what is for what might be.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;If you are a healthy person its a great time to get active. Here in Australia we have entered Spring but no matter where in the world you might be the current energy is supportive toward becoming fit and active. If you can't venture out because of bad weather you can shop around and purchase home exercise equipment to use at home.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Its time to start spending money wisely especially with Christmas just over two months away and somehow the bills have a way of finding themselves in the mailbox within weeks of Christmas too! This year being a special year collectively surrounding kindness makes sense to prepare and give more inexpensive personal gifts for Christmas. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I will add a new article on inexpensive Christmas gift ideas next month. Over-all this month will make up for last month and it might be a rocky start but will improve after around the second week so enjoy your month!&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;I have been dating my boyfriend for 2 years and we've had a hard time because he is substance abusing. We have seen a psychologist who put him on anti-depressants for 6 months but nothing has changed. Do you have any advice?&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 

&lt;p&gt;The love you have for your boyfriend is committed, but certainly you feel its tested over and over. Its important if he is going to change his life, he needs to understand why he is using. More often than not individuals who use are looking for a way to block-out pain, negative thoughts, painful memories and general feelings of hurt. Some individuals simply feel unloved and alone in the world. At this time it would be beneficial for him to see a Counselor and try to work through his reasons for choosing to use.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;My children are all grown up and my husband and I, are both retired and finished paying off the house. My eldest son recently married and he didn't come home for Christmas last year. I love my family but feel something is wrong. I don't know what to do. &lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;You are dedicated to your family and have enjoyed bringing up your children, but now they are grown up and your eldest son has married perhaps you feel your children don't need you anymore. Motherhood is made up of stages and your children have reached a new stage. Adulthood. Its a good opportunity for you to do what you like to do. Its common for mothers to feel this way once their children have become independent. Don't despair, spend some time on yourself and enjoy being in your own company. Sooner or later the children will call! &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;My mum was diagnosed with having depression and we all knew that something was wrong with her for a long time so it didn't surprise us when we found out. What is depression really like because a lot of the time she is just cruel and acts out evil and spiteful, says things just because she knows they'll hurt you.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Depression is a state of constant negative emotions that can make the individual feel unworthy, lonely and sad. If someone thinks negatively for long periods of time they can develop depression. There might be underlying causes which trouble your mother and seeing she gets the right help she can slowly work through those. Its difficult for someone who is depressed to be pleasant. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Many foods commonly consumed in modern society encourage inflammation in the body. By reducing these foods, you can reduce your body's inflammatory response to allergens. What you eat is one of the most important factors for a healthy and balanced immune system. It's also one of the easiest ways you take control of your own health for long-term change. A good diet can not only reduce inflammation but also cleanse your body, balance your immune system and ensure your nutrients are at good levels for optimal health. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;A diet high in refined sugars, including sweets, pastries, white breads and pasta, will set up your system for a more severe response to any hayfever triggers you may have. Consider swapping these foods for wholegrains and a wide variety of vegetables and fruits. The &quot;bad&quot; fats can also be a problem. These are found in foods such as fatty meats, dairy and overcooked, modified or deep fried oils. Using lean meats and good quality olive oil for cooking can be a great help. Omega-3s found in fish are specifically anti-inflammatory, so are encouraged. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Food allergies or intolerances can set up your system for a greater inflammatory response. Like environmental allergens, they can lead to congestion in your nose and sinuses. This, combined with the toxic build-up and strain on your liver they create, results in an increased potential for hayfever symptoms. Problem foods can also cause damage to good gut bacteria, which have a direct effect on your immune balance. Two of the most common are wheat and dairy, but consult a naturopath before removing foods from your diet. A naturopath can not only isolate problem foods, but help you heal any damage to your digestive system caused by the intolerance. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The more toxins circulating in your system and the greater level of strain on your liver, the less ability your immune system has to stay in balance. &lt;p&gt;The inflammatory foods mentioned earlier will increase your toxic load. Your body struggles to process them and often they provide empty calories. This means they may provide immediate fuel but have no nutrient base to sustain your body's functions. In some cases, more nutrients are used in trying to process inflammatory foods than the food itself actually provides. This depletes you of the essentials for a healthy liver and immune system. In addition if you are not breaking down foods well, you won't utilise their nutrients properly. By eating in a slow and relaxed manner and place and by chewing well, you can assist in maximising your nutrient intake. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Diets low in artificial colours, flavours and preservatives can also assist in reducing toxins. These substances put a great deal of strain on your liver and can be avoided simply enough by reading ingredients lists on packaged foods. Fibre is vital part of good detoxification. Fruits, vegetables and wholegrains will provide enough fibre. A simple addition to your morning muesli is a teaspoon of fibre such as psyllium husks. It will help to keep you regular and ensure better bowel function, reducing toxic build-up and lowering your reaction to allergens. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;People who eat well tend to get sick less often and have better immune systems. They experience less problems with their over-all health and well-being. You benefit immensly and enjoy feeling more energised and happier. You will save money on seasonal medications. Include regular exercise, don't smoke and avoid alcohol will add years to your life and not simply reduce hayfever. &lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;h3&gt; Energy Reading for September &lt;/h3&gt;

&lt;p&gt;A nice combination of romance, creativity and self-fulfillment is just what we need. As the new energy moves in, it puts an end to any sort of foolish behavior and makes it much easier to reassess what and who you want in your life going forward. Things are getting better and it wont be long until we begin to feel motivated again. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Time to move onwards with plans. Don't worry if things still aren't right because they will be. September is the final starting point for the year. It's highly likely with the current energy and what is destined to come that we will make all the (or most of the important ones) necessary adjustments and changes needed. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Finances are going to take a plunge, but this will be short lived. Your money situation may seem shaky – remember everything happens for a reason; if there was something you could learn from this, what would it be? You will benefit from making the right move and this situation will fruition in the future. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;It's a good time to start thinking of what you've been doing (or studying) pertaining to your health and fitness as long-term. You can add to this in wonderful ways but it's important to continue as you have and everything will fall into place!&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;September is going to bring much to celebrate and having close friends and family together now is wonderful. All the positive energy can have an uplifting effect on us, making room for more love and good times together. Just don’t put too much faith in a friend who makes big promises and then fails to deliver, time and time again. You can only handle so much disappointment and if someone is consistently letting you down, it might be time to set them free.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Relationships will glow, especially those between lovers. If you are in a relationship you will have a wonderful month with many moments that make the heart melt. September is a lovely time for love and romance. If you feel an instant attraction to someone. Take things slowly. Especially if the object of your affection is born in April, August or December. They will be pushing for something serious right away while you need to look at things from each and every angle and then think about it for a while.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Mid-month is your time to really shine and get a clear view of your world and life. As we approach the end of this year's cycle, if there are things that happened ten years ago please go through it now and change it so that it won't come back to you in the next ten years. You could completely heal it by doing it differently, openly and honestly. Make changes for the better. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Important Hint: Don't settle. No matter what that is ... you can have what you really want so don't settle ... it's not worth it. Don’t let someone talk you out of something you feel strongly about. &lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;h3&gt;What is your calling?!&lt;/h3&gt; 

&lt;p&gt;When you were a child your parents might have worked in one or two different careers and in either type of career they may have pivoted between jobs. Today, life has changed and people are looking for work which makes them feel satisfied. They want careers where they feel they contribute to the world. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;You may have already had several different jobs and perhaps you don't feel comfortable in the job you are in so what is your calling? When I ask this question typically you might think a 'calling' means something small and boring, almost worthless, bringing small wealth yet much happiness, however it may tempt you but you have bills to pay and can't afford to settle for your 'lesser' calling.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;...And that's the set-back! It's in the way we think of what our calling is. And we think of it being something simple and easy because that is what it is. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;There is no way you came here to spend a lifetime doing something you would not feel happy doing so don't. Find your calling and start there. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;It's not necessary to put yourself through long-term studies and education to find your calling either. All you need to do is think about what you're interested in and what you really like doing. It's that simple! By doing what you really want to do you can live your life feeling happy and content.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Tips on how to nut-out what you want to do!&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Think of everything you like to do and what would you do for a living if you could? Think outside of what you already know. Are there other things you haven't considered? What is it you can't live without? &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;No matter how silly your response might be, it's a guarantee that it will put you on the right track and get you living the life you are meant to be living. I have yet to meet someone who didn't just love and appreciate their 'calling' and finding it, is one of the most wonderful experiences you can ever have.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Often more than not, your calling will lead you into a simpler life of comfort and abundance. Susan spent many years educating herself in the field of science and technology to make her parent's proud of her while the entire time forcing herself to do well in what became to interest her less and less as the years passed. While her parents so proud grinning from ear to ear telling all their friends about Susan, she was silently feeling unhappy. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Its of no surprise that Susan was aware that this was not her calling but more of something her parent's wanted for her. Many years passed and one day a close friend gave Susan a cactus on her birthday and for some strange reason she became drawn to the plant wanting to know more about it! No matter how many times she pushed away her notions for the silly cactus they kept coming back until finally she decided to learn more about it. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Much to her parent's dismay, Susan has discovered her passion for gardening and found her 'green thumb' of course her 'calling' and these days when you see her she is glowing wearing a smile from ear to ear! She is finally happy and content with her work interest. Someday she hopes to manage her own Nursery. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;It happened to Susan, it can happen to you. Don't put down what you want in your heart but simply follow it and sooner or later you will be living the dream!&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Therapeutic touch is a healing technique in which a practitioner's hands are passed in wavelike motions inches above a person's body. The practitioner can break up a person's energy blockages and improve their health and well-being. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Therapeutic touch was developed through the use of traditional Chinese medicine and the ancient religious practice of laying on hands, in the early 1970s by Dolores Krieger, Ph.D. R.N a professor emeritus of nursing at New York University and Dora Kunz, a healer and author of several books on human energy fields and therapeutic touch.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The treatments work through the manipulation of the energy that pulsates in and around all living beings – what is known as a force field. It is thought that therapeutic touch improves health by clearing blockages in that energy field and by helping a person build up his own curative energy. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Therapeutic touch relaxes the body, allowing it to function and heal itself better than when it is tense. Studies have shown that wounds heal faster, pain levels are lower and immune function is stronger when stress levels are decreased. The treatments depend on the patient and the illness. A muscle spasm may only require one treatment, while a chronic condition such as migraine headaches may need multiple sessions.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Therapeutic touch practitioners are not all licensed or certified. Ensure the practitioner has completed a workshop in therapeutic touch, or has continuing education credits in the therapy. The practitioner should have practiced the technique under a mentor for at least a year. There is a slight chance of nausea and dizziness occurring after a therapeutic touch treatment. A person in a weakened state may become irritable and uncomfortable if flooded with too much energy during a treatment. Ask your primary care physician for a check up before getting a referral to see a therapeutic touch practitioner.&lt;/p&gt;
