Making a Decision

We are always going to make decisions. Most of the time we are able to decide what is best for ourselves and carry through with our choices. However, there are also many times where we really feel unsure about what to do. You can wake up and feel totally certain about how your day will turn out and several hours later discover your entire day is upside down and nothing is working for you.

"When we choose not to decide we need to be aware we may have already made a choice" - axiom

Life is full of possibilities and different destinations. The outcome of all of these things depend on the choices we make. Being unable to make a clear decision can make us feel dependant upon other influences in a helpless way. Feeling undecided can also result in feeling sad and frustrated.

There are many times in our life where things can happen which bring about feelings of uncertainty and quite often the deeper we are involved in a situation the more confused we can become, so when the moment arrives in making that important decision all of a sudden we don't know what to do.

We learn to trust in what is familiar rather than what is not. We naturally feel safer if we know what will happen. However sometimes we want to take a new direction but we don't know how to do it. I have worked with many individuals who have improved their future and changed their lives by putting their trust and faith in to the unknown.

There are a few simple steps we can use to help us make that important decision, Give yourself enough time to make your decision.
