Over the years I have donated much time in assisting others who have been seeking help on their physical and spiritual paths. My personal journey has brought a great range of life's experiences, those that teach compassion, lovingkindess and undertsanding. I specialise in relationship challenges as this is the area in which we can learn so much through the difficulties and offers some of the greatest rewards in life.

We are all in different places in our development and sometimes we can get stuck and need help in gaining perspective or in solving a certain problem. Whatever your situation, I will be happy to help you.
