Ever since childhood I have always recognised my connection With spirit. It has been apparent all through my life. I first began Writing poetry at the age of 23 when my connection with spirit Grew and expanded into the most beautiful and loving, trusting Relationship with the source of all that is.

By having trust I learned how to heal myself mind, body and Spirit and becoming one with myself and all around me. The emerald ray of healing light glides
Smoothly and gently through every
Particle of your whole true divine beingness.
